I'm the type of person that remains loyal to a place if I really like it. When I moved 40+ minutes away I still made the drive but Idk if they changed the first desk ppl. First they tried to charge me more. Then they never called me to pick up my trial contacts, I received an email about a month+ later for their website with no log in and no way to create a log in. When i finally got someone on the phone they told me they did have them and to call before to set an appointment for pick up. But I have not been able to get anyone on the phone since then. I've left messages to get a call

My family loves the Doctor in Citrus Optometry but when it was time for me to get my glasses I felt no customer service and tender care at all considering I went there morning starting the day right.I love how they called me that it was all ready but would help is there's a little kind of "human touch" & " smile".

This optometrist is the best I've been to so far (even when I used to have Medi-Cal many, many moons ago; I now have better insurance through my employer). I've moved to Long Beach a couple years ago and I still haven't found a good optometrist like him. It's a small little place, but has a great selection of frames and he is so kind, gentle, PATIENT!!!, honest, and easy going. He or his staff do not pressure you into purchasing anything you do not need. He may recommend, but won't force you. I'll be returning for my next visit!

The best doctor! After going to countless optometrists, my prescription would constantly get higher and higher and eventually ended up with astigmatism. After coming for only about 2 years, my prescription is staying the same and my astigmatism has cleared! My eyes are finally getting corrected! Thank you so much! FYI my insurance is VSP. I have gotten 2 eyeglasses from here (Ray Ban and Kate Spade) both well under $200 with lenses.

The doctor was very friendly as well as the receptionist my insurance covered a lot of our names and they did set up a one week appointment to follow up before finally prescribing the correct contacts prescription. I like to say that the interior of the facility was very nice and cool leather couches with wood furniture with made you feel like it's a good Gentleman's lounge which is pretty awesome. My wife said that she liked the fact that they did all the preliminary exams which are not commonly done in many offices so we will be returning to this

Looking for a new optometrist in the west covina, azusa, glendora area. I came across citrus optometry. Parking is easy. Office is clean and spacious. Nice comfortable sofas in the waiting area. Staff was decently nice.
The optometrist was experienced and professional. I came for a contact exam, which was pleasant. And ended up purchasing my acuvue oasis contacts from here. Contacts had to be ordered but I was pick them up in less than a week. Overall good experience.

I love Dr. M!! My family has been going to him for at least 20 years (yikes I feel old) & wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. His front office staff is wonderful & always so sweet! If you are nervous they will all put you at ease. If you're just starting to look for an eye doctor, look no more - you've found the best place in the SGV!!!

I've been going here since they opened. Dr Steve is so nice and really really really great at what he does. The staff is super sweet and thoughtful. Everyone here will go out of their way to make sure you are completely taken care of and are completely happy. I really feel at home here. I even moved half an hour away but will still drive here for my annual checkup.

I have been coming to Dr. Moriyasu since he started his practice and was at Walmart; and I was 14. He is by far one the sweetest doctors I know. He has always remembered me and give me great service. I moved out of state for a few years and even when I moved back he remembered me. He always explains everything and give me the chance to really focus with my eyes.
The staff has always been nice and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses. The office is trendy and has a good vibe when you walk in.
