Make sure your Insurance policy is up to date. Take photos of your boat from every angle. Remove radios and all valuables. Remove loose gear, cushions, furniture, and antennas. Seal port windows, cabinets, drawers, and other openings with duct tape. Lash down everything you cannot remove, such as tillers, wheels, booms, etc.
Charge batteries for bilge pumps. Use extra anchors to counter shifting winds. Check cleats, winches, & chocks. Use extra mooring lines and chafing protectors. If on a trailer, tie it & the trailer down in a protected place. Develop a hurricane plan and perform a practice run through it, to insure you have thought of everything.

Called regarding service on my outboard motor , was told they be here next day at 9:00AM . Got a call at 9:00AM notifying me that they are a little late but on there way. I expect people to be on time but I also know some times things happen. But I really appreciate Bill calling me even though it was only a~15 Min. delay. The service was excellent , the price was very reasonable. I would rate them not 5 but 6 Stars

Critical: Professionalism
Sold me faulty parts saying we’re good, lied directly to my face and did it under the table for cheap for no paper trail. Wouldn’t return calls after parts were found to be bad. Was supposed to save a fishing trip ended up stealing money. Wouldn’t trust these guys.

I went down to this shop to schedule some repairs, The owner Mike told me how to troubleshoot some issues myself before spending a ton of money. Mike was more interested in helping me than making money himself, with his guidance I was able to fix the motor on my own. This says a lot about a person and how they run a business.

Had a major issue on the water that stranded us 2 hours before storm was rolling in. Got in touch with Mike and he was able to diagnose the issue and talk me through a work around to get us running again. Keep in mind was a Sunday afternoon. Was able to get my family back to the dock just before storm came in. Mike was a "God send" and certainly our hero.

I spent over $6000 repairing my inboard/outboard with this shop. They don’t back up their work, I got the boat back and since I had issue after issue, and it all seems to be related to the way they put everything back in, even thought they refuse to acknowledge any fault. They have terrible attitudes and customer service and I would never use them again. There are plenty of other honest boat mechanics in the area, stay away from using this shop, you will not have a good experience and possibly still have a boat that doesn’t work properly.

I delivered my boat on the day Mike scheduled. It then sat for two weeks in Do All's boatyard and no-one worked on it. I called 5-6 times to get an update and all calls went to voice mail and my messages were never returned. I had to drive to the shop if I wanted any information about the boat. Finally, out of desperation, I went the shop and told Mike I had to take the boat back - I could not leave it there indefinitely. Mike held the boat hostage for $300 before he would put it back in the water. Beware, Mike can be verbally abusive and belligerent in the afternoon - I suspect he enjoys a liquid

Update one year later... Anyone who goes to a marine service business expecting immediate service, in the high season of a huge population increase, with marine services behind schedule with everyone... will be disappointed. As I stated before, you can trust Mike, and he tells the truth. Unfortunately there are those who just can't handle the truth. Get belligerent, lose respect?... don't expect to receive it.
Take your business to Do All, because Mike, Keith, Adam and Daniel, know what they're doing. We had major problem with an inboard/outboard boat we had just purchased, and Do All fixed it

Moved new to area and made the mistake to visit these two individuals. Horrible experience. Dishonest do not deal with these two dishonest individuals. I took them my outboard for a vsc tank repair. They rung me up 1300 to repair vsc tank. Which all you can do is clean it and replace high pressure fuel pump. They wanted to go into my other outboard to do same and I did not allow them. The other outboard ran like a dream They said if I did not do the other vsc tank it would blow my power head. I refused because the motor ran great. Three weeks later my motors are kept trimmed up and I noticed drips

Prices are too high. The men that work here have sorry attitudes. They think they're the only mechanics on Earth. Internal watch them jerry-rig a motor. I would rather sell my boat motor in the trash then let them work on it go buy new don't let them touch it warning don't let them touch it. Again that boys have such an attitude all you want to do is reach out and touch someone. Find a number another Marina shop. Go down the street from them on your left hand side is a better Marine shop better prices better workers better man and woman and a lot more platter check them out

I was having serious problems with my Evinrude. I called various other boat repair locations in the area and never received a call back from anyone but Mike at Do All Dockside. I took my boat down and after a few weeks Mike had the boat running great. Im sure that the boat would have been done quicker but they had to send out for specialty parts for my old outboard. I highly recommend this company. They provide a quality service in a reasonable time and at a fair price. Ill be telling everyone about these mechanics in the future.
