We had riprap installed at two lots (separated by a middle lot that had existing riprap)First, kudos to the sales team (our guy was Mike) for answering all our questions and coming out twice, pre-sale, to make sure we had all questions answered and everything was clear. Mike was responsive and professional. He represents IMS very well! Mike kept us updated at all points in time and processes (permits, work schedule, County approval) and the crew did a fantastic job on our riprap. They worked to get the job done without leaving for other jobs, which we appreciated. Two lots, just over two weeks

The final product is great. However, PATIENCE is key. Your lift is not going to happen quickly. We installed a 10,000 lb lift for our tri-toon. The sales process was simple enough. Our sales person was very good, unfortunately, he left just as the process started so we were left in limbo for a bit. The permitting took about 2.5 months and once that was complete, it took quite some time for the project to start. There were more emails and phone calls to count. Once the project did start, the guys were able to finish in about 5 days. No one called or came by to see how my boat was fitting on the

Haven't seen nor heard from him since and that was two weeks ago
If this is how the sales department operates I can't imagine how bad their service department is.
Don't know if he's an owner or just a sales guy
I feel for the owner if this is his sales guy
I can't do business with a company this non responsive.

I had a 10,000# lift installed this spring. The material and controls are excellent and the job looks very professional. I am very pleased with the IMS product. I had a small service discrepancy after installation. However, the sales person was able to resolve the mis-communication to my satisfaction. I highly recommend considering IMS for your lift needs.
