I was impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and responsiveness of the Sales staff. I called for a quote and three days later the salesman came out to give me a quote for riprap. He let me know fairly quickly that due to the grades of my property he wouldn’t be able to get his equipment in where it was needed and couldn’t do the job. Even though they won’t be doing the work I requested they were honest, polite, and courteous the entire time.

Marine contracting group has been a true pleasure to deal with. Our dock project planning was slow as we went back and fourth on how big to make it. They were patient and accommodating. There was a small hiccup in the layout of one of the docks, but they made it right in the end.
They were a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough.
Unrelated to construction:
While our dock was being installed a tree fell into the canal from our property(not due to work, due to weather) and marine contracting helped us when no one else would. They saved us a second time when this happened

The salesman gave us misinformation on two occasions and the owner says he refuses to speak to us about what the sales person has said. Using the lift controls in a maner that we were told was acceptable (by the sales person) but was rejected by the company owner, and we were told he would void our warranty because he disliked our complaining.

Quality, quality, quality. They put in a dock and lift system. As a professional engineer I was impressed with the over the top quality of their pretensioned piling so, heavy duty epoxy coated steel reinforcements with close spacing. Also all the piling so were plastic wrapped to make them last longer, a new dock nearby by another contractor, which I watched go in, was not up to the same standard. A great job.

Long story. I had been using Charlotte Sea Wall for my lift repairs. In April of 2015 I contacted Charlotte Sea Walls to convert my lift for my wifes pontoon boat. They showed up and said they would have to get some additional parts and call me back for a new appointment. Well, May, June, July, and August passes with not one return phone call. I called every month. In September, I called weekly, no return calls. So the week before I headed down with the boat again, I called Marine Contracting Group. Peter, called me back almost immediately after I left a message. He gave me a price to convert.
