Our storage facility is a 6-acre, completely fenced-in yard with 24-hour security monitoring. We offer a complete DIY yard with clean water, electric, and no work area fees.

We provide full marine services and repairs, and we can also purchase parts or supplies that you may need at a discount. Our boat has been in the yard for 5 months. We feel it has been kept safe. No problems with the owners or workers. They are friendly and respectful. We did the majority of the work ourselves so we simply followed the rules and were treated very well. We will be leaving soon and hope everything goes smooth. Thanks guys! ; )

These guys are great !! This is my first season there. So I have never been to the West coast of Florida. It was straight forward to navigate to the lift. Once there they hauled the boat quick and with professional perfection. So I show up in a boat, my truck is back in Marathon, we had no wheels. We ran out of ice and beer the day before. It was hot. We were thirsty. Well we got two different offers to take us to get some ice beer and food. Once the boat was at the J&R yard we joined it and now the work begins. I will tell you that I was a bit nervous about being able to stay on the boat while

J and R is literally right beside (downwind) two active cement factories that operate 24/7. This means that the boats at this yard get covered in cement dust, which apart from being terrible for your health, will also EAT YOUR PAINT (and other finished exterior surfaces eg gel coat. If you care about your boat, don't bring it here.

Our boat was damaged in Hurricane Mathew and was taken to J&R for repair. The hull and rudder were badly damaged as well as other areas. They did an excellent job on the hull and we are now back sailing. The facilities at both J&R and Charlotte Harbor boat storage are very well maintained and everything is clean. They are very careful and professional with the handling and blocking the boats
