The staff here are so compassionate and clearly love what they do. They take their time explaining conditions and care instructions clearly. They're efficient and timely, yet every time I visit I hear someone in the back with my pet effusively comforting them. They worked with me for an entire afternoon to coordinate obtaining a medication for my dog while we traveled across the country. Just wonderful, caring folks.
My only minor struggle is that their hours coincide with most businesses (except recently they're open Saturdays! 🎉), so it can be difficult to make an appointment if you have

I would like to thank Dr. Andrews and all of his staff for the years of caring and compassionate service that they gave my cat Tiger. At 16 she developed cancer and other complications. The sendoff we gave her there could not have been done better.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Even a one star is to high of a rating. Be very cautious taking your animal there. After picking mine up from a normal procedure of a spayed. I had to take mine to another emergency hospital where she had to have a life saving surgery! Still
praying she will make it through. I write this while she is still in the other hospital we are now on day 2.

Awesome staff!!! I cannot begin to tell you how friendly and attentive everyone is there, I will be bringing my other dogs here from now on! As a thank you for being a new customer they gave me a little goody… too!! I won't say what it is incase it changes but it was very thoughtful. can't wait to see you all again in 3 weeks👍. ...as a tear rolled down my cheek I clocked out for the last time at Mead Veterinary Medical Center today. I realized at that point how sad I am to leave my job, but a new journey awaits for me. We love Dr. Pam and all the staff at Mead Veterinary Medical Center! After every single encounter so far, my husband and I have left feeling confident and happy with our experience. I feel welcomed by cheerful staff when I call and greeted at the front desk, my wild boys are treated with kindness and compassion by technicians and the doc, and they are so honest with treatment plans. There is never pressure to do anything that isn't necessary. Also, moving recently from Denver metro, prices are fair.

AMAZING vet! I started having some troubles with my senior dog. My old vet ran hundreds of dollars worth of tests, said it must be behavioral, and sent me on my way with no advice. Dr. Andrews spent so much time talking to me about our options and his suggestions worked wonders! Completely solved the problem and his staff was super responsive when I called with a few questions. They’ve won a patient for life in just one visit. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
