Went in for a regular eye prescription, and with my insurance it's 10 dollar visit, when I get to check out , they tell me price is 140 cuz my insurance didn't cover the astigmatism, dr should've mentioned that before giving me contacts and then the lady at the front wanted the contacts back cuz I told her I'm not paying 140 , so I really wasted hour and a half for literally nothing... and they got their contacts back after already been in my eye.. , very weird how they handle business, they just lookin to make a sale off you. Also he will ask to dilute ur pupils to get a better look..., dont do

Dr. was quick and efficient, but the staff leaves so much to be desired I can not recommend this business. I was told my glasses would be ready in 12-16 days. On the 20th day I called to inquire about their progress and was informed that the lenses had just arrived and she was putting them together as we spoke. When I arrived I was informed that they actually hadn't ordered the frames yet. I was not given a new time frame. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do to.

All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Hayter was extremely thorough and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The office was extremely clean. I watched as staff wiped off everything that was touched including all glasses frames that were tried on. I felt very safe in their environment due to all of the cleaning and all of the staff wearing masks.
My husband and I both had a wonderful experience and will never go anywhere else.

I've been a patient of Dr Hayter's for about 5 years and I highly recommend him! He's a very thorough doctor, who uses the exam time efficiently. He is patient and kind too. His staff is very professional and very friendly. I never have a problem making an appointment to see him, as he offers a variety of office hours. I highly recommend him for adults as well as teens. Great job Dr Hayter!!!

We went into get our eye rx checked from a different eye doctor and Vanessa was so nice and scanned our eye lenses to learn the rx we received from a different establishment and company was completely wrong to the point of being unreadable. Vanessa took the time to speak with us about helping get new lenses and next steps. Highly recommend and the customer service was excellent.

My brother got his frame replaced. It took over a hour. They said that the screw was to big and couldn't go in. I feel that if you say your item is ready to get that they would have all the necessary pieces, and have the process be able to run quickly. I wouldn't mind if the process was half a hour but a full hour is a complete stretch.

I recently visited Dr. Hayter for the very first time (I've been wearing glasses for almost 20 years now) I regret not doing sooner. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Their selection of high end design frames is quite extensive. I opted for some Gucci's. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is currently seeking a new eye doctor. 5 for sure!

This review is long overdue since Dr Hayter has been my optometrist for almost 7 years, and every visit is as perfect as the first time! His new location is a space on a strip mall with plenty of eateries, so it's the perfect place to have your eye appointment, and relax for lunch afterwards. His hours are perfect, and since he was open on weekends, I was able to get my vision appointment done just in time before benefits rolled over. I could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism I received from Dr. Hayter and his staff. I had my annual exam today and I can honestly say it was the best eye appointment I've ever had. Dr. Hayter was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. So I've been here 3 times this month due to my eye being irritated and then again for my annual eye exam. When I was having an eye problem the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and got me in same day. Paul was thorough at looking at my eye to let me know what was going on. He prescribed me eye drops that worked at healing my eye.

I dropped in on short notice on a Saturday in the spring of 2015, I believe. The process was very easy and comforting. I mentioned I had over-worn my contacts by almost a year and Dr. Hayter politely recommended that doing so could damage my eyes (fairly deserved, but his professionalism was fantastic).
Since my vision is so poor, I couldn't tell you what Dr. Hayter even looks like, except a head with a blue, blurry shirt, but that he and his staff are always patient, accommodating, and answer any kind of question you may have.
I'm looking forward to visiting the new facility next

I was searching for a place for my parents (ages 68 and 64) to go to. They needed someone professional, friendly, and ideally someone (an assistant) who could help with translation if needed. When I called my parents after their visit, they had absolutely glowing things to say about Dr. Hayter and his staff.
They said Dr. Hayter was thorough and patient in performing the examinations and explaining all the issues. His demeanor was calm and gentle and my dad, who loathes doctors, felt at ease and satisfied with him. No translator was ultimately needed but they did speak to the front office assistant

Stopped by to pick up my contact lenses that Dr. Hayter had kept on hold for me. So they moved from their previous office from McArthur to this brand new location and can I just say WOW! The new location is stellar! Looking forward to my next eye exam and being able to shop for new glasses as it's now in house! The office is always making improvements for the benefit of its patients like myself. Much appreciated to the amazing staff and excellent and consistent customer service!

I moved to Texas from Florida over a year ago and for anyone who has moved, finding your new dentist, optometrists, and physicians is never a fun task.
