I have lived at Villa del Sol for a year and have recently renewed the lease. Overall, I've been happy with the service at this property. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Miguel and Manuel are always very helpful and do a great job when things need to be fixed. Thanks a lot for making my living comfortable!

After recieving an enticing job offer at a tech startup located in the Peninsula, I decided to tour through a few of the neighboring residential communities (bay area traffic can be brutal).
I was expecting to make a full day out of, but upon my 3rd stop, I stumbled across this gem (3rd time truly is a charm apparently). I was greeted by the property manager, Hanna, whom was quite charming as well.
Between the staff, the location, and the amenities, it didn't take long for this place to start feeling like home. If I do indeed accept this new job offer, I know where I'll be residing

I haven't lived at this apartment complex so please do not consider my review as a feedback for living conditions. I live at 50 miles from sunnyvale and I have called the apartment leasing office to schedule an apartment tour, I was told to come by 12PM and also confirmed the rental price for the apartment which I was interested in. After driving 50 miles to the place for apartment tour, leasing office called me at 11.58AM while I was at their office entrance, that the apartment was unfortunately not available and was communicated wrongly as available at advertised price. I'm disappointed with the management at Villa Del Sol. Everything was good when I moved in and I wrote a 5-star review, mostly because Miguel was very responsive and made the moving process very easy. The location and accessibility of the building is also very good.
However, after a while the quality of management and the way that they have treated me has changed significantly. I have experienced that on the 3rd day of the month they had sent me 3 emails on a single day and even have called me on the phone to remind me that the rent is late, although there is a five days grace period. DONT FALL FOR IT. Looks great from outside but after staying at VDS for 3 months, we are extremely dissatisfied due to issues which affect our lifestyle on a daily basis.
- APPLIANCES ARE TERRIBLE: We pay additional $100 a month for upgraded stainless steel appliances but the dishwasher we have is a plastic interior one. It is very noisy, does not clean well and has very small storage capacity. I suggested better dishwasher models to the management at the same price point, but they refused to change it. Washer/Dryer are old and annoyingly noisy too.

Was searching for a new apartment and bumped up on this property. Due to the COVID situation, I avoided in-person visits. Called up the leasing office toured the website photos, virtual tours, and property reviews from all forums.
I was confident of signing a lease without actually seeing the apartment because of these two amazing folks Louis & Pari, who go above and beyond when it comes to assisting customers. Great location and apartment building, solid construction, no extra sounds at all. Doors spaced out for maximum privacy. Helpful tenants and community feel while still having your own space. Pari the property manager is always willing to help and her maintenance lead Miguel is so pleasant, professional and quick with requests.

Since I recently renewed my lease, I figured I'd update my previous review...let me say that while my last review was 100% accurate and I was unhappy with management, I am still residing here at Villa Del Sol...happily! The property manager, Pari, is still kind, helpful, and welcoming and so is Louis...and it absolutely helps that the noisy jerks that used to reside downstairs moved out a long time ago.

After living here for about one and half year, I need to move out for a personal reason. However, I do want to say that Pari, Louis and the maintenance crew have been very friendly and nice to work with throughout the entire lease. They have quickly responded to maintenance requests and been considerate when moving out. It's been a smooth ride.

Living at Villa Del Sol has been simply awesome. In addition to beautiful landscape with pool and tub, a great location, the credit goes to extremely helpful, responsive, respectful and courteous staff - Pari, Louis and Miguel, they make a great team and I absolutely never had any issues whether it be payments and paperwork, maintenance or any notices, etc. This is the best leasing staff ever. I fully recommend this for anyone to stay.

I wanted to update my review since I'm on my third year in Villa Del Sol. I really enjoy the location which has continued to improve with new restraunts and shopping areas. I really enjoy the fact my apartment has vaulted ceilings with huge windows that allow me to capture the sunrise and sunset. The front desk is extremely nice and always willing to work with you.
I was really impressed lately by Miguel the head of maintaince. My washer and dryer broke and within 48 hours he replaced it with a brand new updated unit. That's how you respond to emergency requests. Miguel and his team

Pari, Miguel and Luis have been phenomenal during our residence here at Villa Del Sol. We've lived here for 3 years and are so thrilled to have found such a great place to call home with amazing and friendly management staff. They've always been extremely quick with communication and will go above and beyond to help in any way.
There's been a ton of new updates to the complex such as the courtyard communal furniture, lounger chairs and cabanas by the pool, beautiful landscaping and gym equipment.

Together with my wife and 2 young kids have been living at Villa Del Sol for the past 2 years and going for the 3rd one. This place feels like home to us. The staff is extremely gentle and they are always able to meet your needs with a smile, even in this very stressful times. Villa Del Sol is perfect for kids as the whole place is gated, the swimming pool is heated and everything is rather safe.
We enjoy living here, being able to walk and grab a bite in Murphy Street in one of the many restaurants.

After visiting numerous apartment complexes in Sunnyvale, from new high rises to two story walk-ups, we arrived at
Villa Del Sol and felt like we were home. The Complex is about 15 years old, but has been maintained well. It offers the perfect mix of amenities, downtown location, and residential safety.
Pari and Louis were so inviting and knowledgeable! They were ready for us and had prepared custom information for our self-guided (COVID-19 adapted) tour. We appreciated all of their help and straight-forward explanation of options. I’m happy to say we brought our search to a successful conclusion

We recently moved in and the whole process right from setting up the in-person visit to moving-in was smooth and as great as it could be.
A huge shoutout to Louis - one of the best leasing agents I have come across so far!! He was very accommodating of all our requests and our endless questions! He’s very pleasant to talk to and is always welcoming. Louis definitely gave us more faith in the management of the community.
As for the apartment, we love it so far. For us, noise isn’t so much of an issue- at least not enough to disturb our routine. The community also feels very safe.

We moved in a month ago. Before making up our mind we met with 7 leasing agents on the same day and were impressed by Louis's professionalism. He is passionate about his job and very friendly. He followed up instantly right after our meeting and put all details we have discussed in writing. We signed a lease the next day and cancelled the rest appointments. The complex has private parking, a great pool, gym and an area to walk your dog too.
The location is amazing just a block away from restaurants, Target and a few blocks from Murphy park.

Love living here! The location is perfect-walking distance from Murphy street and Cal Train. I love the Farmer's market every Saturday. More than the location, the STAFF is amazing here. They really go above and beyond to take care of your needs. Pari the Manager and Henna the Assistant are amazing. Maintenance is great as well!

We've lived at Villa Del Sol since February '17 and it doesn't get much better as far as location, amenities, and more importantly. the staff.
Villa Del Sol is one block from Murphy St which is full of restaurants, craft beer spots, coffee, ice cream, and book shops - you name it. The farmers market on Saturday is a treat as you can stock for the week with locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and grass fed meat.
The staff is even more amazing, always on call and doing their best to make for a safe and happy residential community.

I've been a very happy resident of Villa Del Sol for almost a year now and planning to extend my stay.
The complex looks beautiful and well maintained, very convenient location.
The apartments are very nice and cozy, modern layouts and with spacious balconies, amenities are great and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Special thank you to Miguel for quickly resolving any issues!
