I had a truly bad experience with Whitney (the agent) and her Husband Christopher Wood, who is the actual owner of the apartment I rented.
They told me they were selling the apartment only four months after moving in, when they finally got people to show it to, but not before. They were selling it out even before renting the place to me. Unfortunately, I learned about it too late. All neighbors knew about it.
They started bringing people to my apartment, which was incredibly uncomfortable. This happened for about 4 months before I found a new place. The only time I said “no” to receiving

I lived in a condo complex that was "managed" by this utterly inept so called "company".
They do not respond to messages or phone calls even if there is a dangerous situation involved such as a precariously hanging tree limb or a dire electrical problem..
If there is an issue between owners in a condo association you can be sure Advantage Property Management will make it worse.
A friend whose association is "managed" by this company is having the exact same experience that I had.
They are rude, lacking in diplomacy, and disrespectful. If you want to waste money be sure to hire this "management

I am a unit owner and they “manage” our association. They are people who never respond to my calls / emails When maintenance is needed. Complete
Ghost town. Nothing. Nada. They have no understanding of our condo docs and avoid getting answers. You can see on here I am far from the only one with issues with this company and have no idea how a business can stay open operating so dysfunctionally. Our homes are usually our biggest investment and you would want to trust a company with that. Currently , I have shingles that have flown off the roof from a storm 2 months ago and still no response

I would never rent from this company. I viewed a property with Lynn, and she was incredibly rude and came off sleazy. She insisted that my wife and I needed to apply through her website separately, and pay for two application fees. I articulated that I had never heard of such a policy, and that I was willing to do a single application, we would both be on it, but we were only willing to pay for 1 application fee, we have been a single tax entity for over a decade. She wouldn’t back off her money grab however, and was incredibly unprofessional about her defense of her policy.

I have never dealt with such UNPROFESSIONAL people in my life. Not only did we rent from them for 3 years but we were always treated like we were losers. We were good tenants and took care of the property. Teri and Lynn were both nightmares to deal with. Now that we have been out for almost a month we have been requesting our security deposit back and they are basically coming up with a list of things to hold it.
