After getting your luggage, please proceed down the escalator or elevator, 1 level below baggage claim to Ground Transportation. We will pick up all the passengers outside at the Out-Of-Town Shuttles area, parking space numbers 14 and 15. We do share this spot with other companies so don't be alarmed if another vehicle is there, we will be there shortly.

We booked Cocoa Beach Shuttle for a ride from Orlando International to Cocoa Beach. They were 35 minutes late. We tried them again for a ride from our house in Cocoa Beach to Orlando International, they again were 35 minutes late. We were tracking the driver on the ap, he went past our road and drove almost back to Canaveral - we called their office and told them he was going the wrong way, we then called again when he continued to go the wrong way. The woman on the phone was frustrated that she had to keep calling him. Then when he arrived 35 minutes late he said he had to stop at a hotel before

This was the worst experience. We were left stranded at the airport and had to catch a Lyft to our hotel, which by the way, was just a few dollars more than this shuttle service. Then again, hotel to port, they changed our pickup time, which created a problem at the port. THEN, they showed up 2 hours late to pick us up at the cruise port to take up back to the airport! And on top of that they tried to bill us twice. There were no apologies from them.

Do yourself a favor and find another method of transportation. My guests have used this service over the years with a wide range of satisfaction, but the past few times have not been good and the customer service is a complete disservice. While some of the drivers are nice it seems they are typically late. They overcharged me for a trip and the manager was sarcastic and rude. Ron would be fired immediately if I owned this company. Geneva the booking agent was apologetic and helpful, but limited in what she could do to correct the error. A better company should snag Geneva as an employee.

I arranged a shuttle for my niece and her boyfriend several days in advance for their arrival. They were picked up over an hour after the pre-arranged time. They told me that the previous set of passengers arrived an hour late, which delayed my niece's pick up by an hour.
I asked for a discount on their trip given the circumstances and was told that it wasn't their fault the previous flight was delayed. Really? We had a wonderful experience with Cocoa beach Shuttle. Charles picked us up early from our condo and took us swiftly to the airport. Their confirmation process was excellent and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend using them from Cocoa beach. And thanks Charles for the wonderful conversation!

These guys deserve 0 stars. Had a 9:30 pick up and still here waiting to be picked up at 11:25 with a 2:35 departure time. Extremely disorganized and flight time is not respected. Not sure what shuttle service to airport is best, but cbs gotta be at the bottom. Don't let the slightly cheaper fare fool you, you might end up spending more money missing your scheduled flight. They tout having a fleet of 30+ vans, but I call bs. PLEASE DO NOT USE COCOA BEACH SHUTTLE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT BACK HOME!

If I could give them a negative ratinG, I would. When we first arrived to MCO got out luggage and we waited for over 1.5 hours for our 130pm shuttle. Once we realized that the 1230 people were still waiting, that's when we called them to receive the disrespectful dispatcher arguing w us. Were transferred to a woman who rescheduled us for a ride to the airport after our cruise..

Cocoa Beach Shuttle Service was great to work with for our vacation transportation needs. We used them from the airport to our hotel and from our cruise port back to our hotel by the airport. The drivers were very helpful & nice. The cost was competitive with other shuttle services in the area. We highly recommend this company & we will also use them again when in the area.

Horrible service. They know when you land and are supposed to have a driver available but will leave without you. When i called to see where they were, they said they already went to the other terminal. I told them i'd go to that terminal but they said they have 14 ppl in the van and only 14 seats. So they sold 14 seats to 15 expected passengers? Either a blatant lie or dishonest service. Do not recommend.

Overall an awful experience.
Horrible driver, constantly changing lanes and slamming on the breaks. He actually started doing paperwork, while driving down 528!
We scheduled pickup from MCO to Port St. John, then cocoa beach. Driver had a friend in the front seat, who rolled his eyes while I was trying to install my son's car seat. He then informed us he would have to go to cocoa beach first, "bc it's called cocoa beach shuttle," making me and my 3 year old son spend more than an additional hour in the van, when my home was 10 additional minutes off Route, and we were charged

We were told that would not be a problem - that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. If you want to miss your flight after your cruise take this shuttle service.
Don't let them charge your credit card until you are sitting in the seat of the shuttle. Once they have your money they don't care whether or not you make your flight.
Several days ago I made a reservation to go from the cruise port terminal to the airport for today at 7:30am. I felt pretty confident I wasn't going to have the same problems as the other reviewers had since I had a reservation I paid for. This morning at 7:30a I disembarked from the ship. This place was late at the airport. Then they took a crazy route to get to the hotel. The next day, going to the pier they were late again. We called for an ETA and they gave us a long list of excuses. They also told us they had a half hour past pickup time to get you... which was not told to us at booking, and even with that leeway they were late.

I should have called when I landed. The directions that were emailed got me to she spot I was supposed to be. I landed at 4pm and had the shuttle reserved for 415pm. Them email stated that the shuttle comes by approx. Every 30 minutes. I called at 415pm and let them know I was waiting. The receptionist said it would he 30 minutes. I waited 40 and called back. She said the shuttle driver would he here in 10 minutes. In the 1.45 hours I've been waiting, no such shuttle has arrived.

This company did not give us any instructions on where or when to meet for shuttle pick up after docking from cruise ship. Be aware! Many shuttles came and left, but none of them were coco shuttle EXPRESS. Many coco shuttles but it has to be EXPRESS to go to Orlando.
It's hot and humid lots of people and uncomfortable.
I would not use this shuttle company again!

Found this shuttle as I was trying to get a taxi from Port Canaveral to Orlando airport. Two people cost $60, which seemed to be the going rate. Our luggage went in the trailer attached to the back. The driver was smooth and knew where he was going. He asked before we got in the van which airline we were flying and brought everyone to their respective terminals.
Worth it. Easy. Recommended.

So surprised at the terrible reviews on this shuttle service! We didn't rely on Yelp before booking this shuttle because we didn't have reservations - we simply booked this based on the recommendation of one of the airport staff because we found out uber/lyft weren't allowed inside the airport.
We were worried we were going to miss our cruise. We literally had an hour and a half to get to the port (it takes 45 mins) Called their number. Price for two people was $72. This is SO CHEAP compared to what you would be paying through Super Shuttle or a taxi. Other services charged $150
