We used them on several different occasions. Twice from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral cruise terminal and back. Another time from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral, Port Canaveral to Disney resort and back to Orlando airport. Each time everything was flawless. Always on time and super clean vehicles! We’ll definitely hire them again next time we’re in Orlando!

This company is a RIP off. They stole our money and never picked us up from the Radisson hotel. We paid in advance for our pick up , reserved a time, got a confirmation number, they never showed up. When we called to informed them that we were still waiting, their response was that they have no one to pick us up and that we should take an uber ( keep in mind we already paid them in advanced) I am reporting this business to the BBB, and I also want my money back. They are thieves, do not do business with them. We kept calling them and then they refused to even answer their phone.

Very helpful polite workers, that help unload your luggage from your car. And load them into the bus. Nice comfortable ride to the terminal. Secure parking area. Would definitely use this service again.

So far so good ! Kal has been incredibly helpful. We had already booked a pick up from the cruise terminal with transport to the airport-and today we needed to add a pick up for transport to the cruise terminal. He has been very helpful and understands traveling with a family! Hoping the drivers and the rides are great too!

This port for Disney is so well organized it makes the rest of cruise companies sub-par at best. NONE OF THE CRUISE COMPANIES COME TO THE LEVEL OF DISNEY!!!!!

I traveled to Florida with my family and Disney World was where we enjoyed the most. I would also like to thank to the company United Luxury Transportation for making the trip most memorable. We reached in time, without facing any hustle bustle on road. We booked a SUV, chauffeur stopped at all sightseeing places on request, the exquisite car clean, maintained and well equipped. My kids enjoyed a lot! We are planning for another trip in 2016.
