Homeowner’s Collection is full of top notch professionals that are committed to accommodating their guests from the minute you book a rental property in Seaside through their agency. The huge incentive of booking directly through local companies like HC is having them there and available for anything you might need during your stay, plus you will get the best rate by booking through their site! Our stay this past weekend was great from start to finish with lots of communication from the team at HC and everything we needed in place.

I have not had the pleasure of staying at this stunning resort but got the wonderful opportunity to use the services of its concierge, TIA. I cannot rave about her more loudly or more empathically!!! She was wonderful!!! My daughter eloped there recently at the height of the pandemic. She wanted a quiet ,personal ceremony with her fiancée and herself only. I must admit being somewhat heartbroken as I really wanted to be there to celebrate this wonderful day!! TIA managed to assuage my heartbroken feelings and make me part of my daughter’s wedding. What an amazing experience renting with Homeowner's collection! We have vacationed on 30A every year for the last 10 years. The service with this company was incredible and a cut above other rental companies in the area. The house we stayed in was clean, updated, comfortable. We were met upon arrival by a greeter who showed us the amenities of the property and ensured every need was met. Everything was impeccable down to the last detail including fresh luxury linens and even a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! We will definitely be repeat customers with homeowners collection next year.

I contacted this group to help me set up a surprise sunset beach picnic for me to propose to my gf. I was connected then with Tia and Fresco Picnic Company and they took care of EVERY need that I had and made my vision for the night not only a reality, but something straight out of a movie.
The ambiance, location, dinner, lighting—everything was absolutely flawless. They were an incredible group to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do anything involving a special occasion picnic. Great place just do not ever cancel on them. Your better off risking your family through the hurricane!
We had to cancel our trip due to the government of Florida declaring a state of emergency. It is scheduled to be a category 4 hurricane! I cannot risk my family and it was in the best interest to cancel our Labor Day get away. We booked this beautiful rental and we requested the cancellation yesterday as this was last minute ( the government just issued the state of emergency yesterday). It is SOOOOOOO UNFORTUNATE that they did not want to allow me to cancel nor give me another date to book

Prior to labor day week & weekend each year we along w/another couple ALWAYS vacation in Seaside. We recently rented Waterstar, a beautiful roomy property with a second story view of the Seaside town square and gulf. Rodney, met us with jokes and a smile. He answered our questions as he gave us a quick premier on using the property. (He is really a nice & helpful property rep) We had one problem which was resolved ASAP & VERY FAIRLY AND PROMPTLY by Debbie and the homeowner's collection staff. They were great about following up to make sure we were satisfied. The property was immaculate, w/plenty

Stayed here in one of cottages last week, overall it was okay. Could have been a little cleaner. Should have been for the cost. I personally overheard the maids talking. I guess they did not know I had a window open. They have been finding bed bugs but do not know what house has them. We did not see any, however I itched the rest of our stay. Bed bugs spread like wildfire. Could have been a nice stay but is was not. I am glad I heard the maids. I wanted to give others a heads up. We did not see roaches like the other review said. The maids also said the B@#$% does not pay enough for them to deal
