I was living there for almost 3yrs paid my rent loyally for a 2 bedroom the third year my A.C. went out in the summer because of my dryer being next to the evaporator unit it cracked a coil with the hot dryer air blowing into my apartment because there's no outlet for the air to go outside so they never fixed it so I moved after I left I was charged for nicotine stains on the walls for an apartment that has been built since 1975 with tons of paint covering the walls also for blinds that were in the apartment before I moved in that looked not new also the apartment I was shown before I moved in

Apartments are very nice and efficient. Management here are not the most friendly of ladies. I feel as if the ladies working management are biased and rude and not very helpful. If you’re an older person with lots of knowledge I’m sure they will present themselves wonderfully to you. As a younger person I feel as though they won’t take you to seriously. Will just be rude and unpleasant to you.

Don't rent here. I pay over market for a moldy falling apart apartment. I report problems, but they don't fix anything. Was told by the maintenance man I need a new bathroom sink 6 months ago. The floor is lifting in the front room. The carpet in the master has do many stains that appeared after being here for a month. Really people don't rent here.

We lived here for a year from May 2018 - 2019. And I can’t say a negative thing about the place. We lived near the pool on the first floor and never had any issues with management or neighbors. Even when our ac went out during the hot summer, they would come by every other day to check up on it until they finally replaced it. They set us up with 2 window units while the new one came in. Management was always responsive and helpful whenever we visited them in office. Great Location, great price, and great management. I would and have always recommend this place for others.

My wife and I moved into these apartments following the August 2016 flood. We were looking for somewhere low-cost to live while we rebuilt our home. We had low expectations, but were quite happy with everything. Are the apartments brand new? No. Are these luxury units? No. Do you have a personal staff member just to make sure there is nothing wrong? No. But the staff seemed extremely reasonable and attentive. The other residents seemed largely friendly. And you can’t ignore the fact that few complexes in Lafayette offer cheaper rates. I’m glad we found this place. We ended up staying for about

I've lived here for over 4 years now, and my husband has been here for over 10. The only complaint we have is the neighbors but that has nothing to do with the apartments, or management. They work with you on whatever way they can to fix whatever problem you are having. Hannah is the best. I was sad when she went to work for another complex and was very happy when she came back here. She is very professional. Couldn't ask for a better place to live apartment wise.

I absolutely love this place and adore the staff. Miss Hanna u r awesome and u too miss Leah. They're professional and friendly. The apts are very nice . This place is well kept and when something needs fixed its done and done correctly. The staff holds all kinds of events for the tenants two lovely pools a gym and I could go on n on. I love it here and I'm grateful to be here. Thank y'all for all you do for us and Merry Christmas !!!

It's a good place if you like your car broken into. I locked my car and someone still managed to break in not to mention that I was only a visitor than my friend who lives their found my wallet and everything in the dumpster. She also had her car broken into and they refuse to put cameras to catch these people it doesn't seem safe plus weird people hangout by the dumpster and say creepy things when you go out out the trash.
