Rosewood is located in Converse, Texas, a suburb of San Antonio near several major acute care hospitals as well as many residential neighborhoods. Our center is a one-hundred twenty-five bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.

Rosewood Rehabilitation and Care Center is here to assist you with your short-term, long-term or respite needs, providing excellent and professionally trained staff who are here for one purpose: to serve you. Generally, when someone is in the hospital, they are assigned a case manager or discharge planner who will assist with the transition back to your home setting.

Most of these reviews that have good reviews are from the workers😡once you go into the nursing home and meet everyone you will recognize their name that’s on the reviews. Unless they’re going by a nickname on here.There is this one nurse there named Tracy.She sits around and acts like she knows everything.They just let anyone work there.I know some of the worked there so I know what happens inside this place. Roaches infested Everywhere 100 hall is The worse.100 hall is gross the rooms and halls are never clean🤢 They will say they are gonna do something about it but they won’t.Don’t

I loved working here previously before the Vaccine Mandates happened we had a wonderful Administration and now the new Administrator Lisa is forcefully pushing Unvaccinated staff members out including myself and when I asked for a exemption form to waive the vaccine mandate, she insisted it wouldn't matter if I signed it when many facilities are allowing people to legally sign off, she avoids to give you a exemption form without reasonable reasoning and because of that I am forcefully getting pushed out of the facility because she doesn't want the unvaccinated working here, she is illegally playing

This place is infested with huge roaches 🤢 my mothers room always has roaches in it and it’s completely unacceptable and disgusting. i’ve heard other people complain about the roaches in the other residents rooms too. this cheap place needs to hire an exterminator ASAP. but I doubt any change will happen anytime soon.

Great nursing home. Administrator and Director of Nurses are wonderfully friendly and kind. Management as well as owners are doing an awesome job. Receptionist at the door was helpful and friendly. Rosewood provides care for the residents that is greatly needed during certain times in the life of our loved ones.

My experience with Rosewood was horrible unfriendly staff if you have a loved one that is total care do not bring them to Rosewood staff unfriendly no compassion for patient: reception at the nurses station is sad nurses act like you're not standing there;you have to ask for help: they act like they are so busy and you getting on their nerve so if they treat you like th at what about your loved ones
