The unit we stayed in was wonderful! Great location, plenty of room, beautifully decorated. However the dryer did not work. I reported it on day 2 of our week long stay. It was never repaired or even looked at by a technician the entire week we were there. I left multiple messages, which were never returned and I called the office multiple times. As a family of 5 we ran out of clean towels. I finally got a hold of someone to request clean towels and we were delivered 4 towels. I also complained about the dryer and was told they would pick up our laundry and do it and return it. I told them no,

I do understand things can happen unintentionally. Although, I would have liked to have had the door fixed yesterday, I am very appreciative that it has been taken care of today. Maintenance was extremely kind and professional when he arrived. Thank you for making adjustments and following up via phone and text. Thank you so very much Jessie! I will definitely use Gibson Rentals In the future. They did an amazing job with my reservations and getting all the information to me immediately. We just returned form a 6 night stay at the Villa Lago property in Sandestin. The house really was pretty nice but the cleaning/maintenance was just so so. Dust and grease on cabinets and appliances, large scrapes on the walls that needed some paint, and some furniture is kind of stained. The cookware was not that clean and about the cheapest you can buy. The patios were a real disappointment. Really filthy, grill was covered in grease, and the chair cushions were ready for the dumpster. Really took the enjoyment out of using the outdoor spaces. We called, emailed, texted 3 times about these issues

Update 07/30: After several days, we were able to find contact information for someone high enough in the company to help us and address the issues and apologize for the misinformation we were given. He has promised to make things right. I am changing my 1 star to 3 stars and once we are able to rebook and complete our stay I will update again.
7/29/2021 - I will never use GBR again! And I will suggest to everyone I know not to use them. They told us one thing and days later went back on the information previously given to us. They cost us $3k, a week of vacation time from our jobs, and our kids

I think Gibson Beach Rentals is the best property management company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are fast, courteous, and professional. They answered all my questions quickly and was able to help with anything that I needed.
The condo was extremely clean, the condo was even better in person than the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the water was amazing.
I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. We are just 3 weeks out from our stay and we were told that we could no longer come due to renovations happening in the condo that we already paid in full for!!!! They didn’t offer us the chance to stay in another condo, simply said it was in the contract they could cancel (without reason). They gave us a full refund (as they should have) but that does us absolutely NO good at this point.

Just stayed at a condo booked with Gibson for the second year in a row. Would definitely recommend them! Great communication, everything clean and furnished, exactly as described. Had an issue with air conditioning and they immediately had it fixed. They called to let us know or it was ready for early check in. I’ve had terrible experiences renting from other people/agencies, but both times using Gibson have been very easy, enjoyable experiences. Thanks for a great vacation!

We just returned from a long weekend in a Beachside II 1 bedroom unit managed by Gibson Beach Rentals. Our entire experience was exceptional! I received a call from them during the day of check in to ensure I had access to the door lock codes (which I did.) I appreciated this so much, considering our very late arrival at the condo. We stepped into a spotless condo, even nicer than the photos, which is NEVER the case! Everything was well organized and simple and I was so very pleased with the service Gibson provided. We will definitely rent from them in the future.
