BEWARE!!! Arrogant women there and very disrespectful to me the whole time. a lady beside me getting a pedicure was being disrespected by the male and the female doing my pedi was mean, disrespectful and never smiled the whole time except tip time and I smiled and said NO!. And the big thing was they talk in their language all of the time. Very disrespectful to say the least! There are so many other spa's in the area that really want your business and will do the extra to make you feel wanted! Never again!

I was having a nice date day with my fiancĆ©e and thought it would be nice to get pedicures together. The lady giving me a pedicure skipped the massage and then left some of the sticky gel on my leg. I tried to quietly and politely ask if she could get the gel off or even if I could use her towel to get it off myself and she screamed at me and said, āIf you donāt like it then leave!ā Literally the worse experience Iāve had at a nail salon. Iām still confused on why she yelled at me in front of everyone.

I was astounded at the arrogance of the gentleman at the salon. He was very abrupt and told me I should do acrylics instead of dip powder. He said acrylic was better for my nails than dip. When I insisted on dip, he appeared annoyed. I chose to use three different colors for Halloween. He didnāt listen to me when I told him the order in which I wanted the colors put on my fingers. There was no manicure done. I was just told to wash my hands and then I was done. In a service related business such as this one, the customer is always right, and it is the job of the employees to ensure the customer

This was the worst pedicure of my life! I got a regular pedicure with gel. The woman put the sugar scrub on my legs and then didnāt rinse it off at all with any water!!! She used a dry washcloth to wipe away the sugar and (obviously) left behind lots of sugar. When I complained about this she got me a hot towel, handed it to me, and handed it to me to wipe off myself. The woman giving my husband a pedicure rinsed his legs with water like normal and gave him a hot towel massage at the end as detailed in the product. She then finished painting my nails, used lotion to massage my legs for a few

Had my nails done at a different location on Labor Day, and I didnāt catch the name of the gentleman who fixed them up just after 2 days of wear and tear from the crapshoot spot that did them originally they turned out amazing. He changed the bubbled up matte polish, fixed my chipped nail and fixed my crooked nail, all while he airbrushed the white tips on which I was nervous about but he did so good! I am super impressed with the set he did, and highly recommend them if you have a situation like I ran into. I scheduled my appt online as well which was a plus and received a confirmation 2 minutes

The guy wearing a green shirt was very rude I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and they didnāt even take me. I went to the bathroom for 4min and the lady took some other girl first and Iāve been here since 10:29 waiting and they took everyone before me. You guys need better management and nicer people because their so rude. I donāt recommend anyone to come here. My mom didnāt even get the color she asked for. Their very rude and their service is horrible, their masks arenāt even above their noses.

This rating is an average of the services. The pedicure and the eyebrow waxing were incredible and deserve 5+ stars. However, a different technician did my manicure. She cut my cuticles to bleeding, over filed my nails too short as well as to the point of filing off the color. To top it off less than a week in and 4 of the nailās dip polish is cracked and coming off. This is with no major activity used and all previous dip manicures Iāve had lasting minimum 3 weeks before having issues. Huge waste of $40.

Lily is the best hands down!! Been coming to her for a year and a half on a regular basis and will not go to anyone else for anything! I am so picky about detail, thickness and dont like it when they try to up sell you into the more expensive services š... She has never tried any of that! She is very particular and precise! I will and do highly recommend her to anyone who asks where to get their nails or eyebrows done!

I had Cindy aa a nail tech and she was amazing! I had shown her a picture of nails I wanted done and her attention to detail was top notch! I loved that she really took her time to make sure my nails were dome correctly and percise! Best service I have ever gotten from a salon! Will be going back there for sure!
