Natalie's Nails

We walked in with a party of 5. We had 3 10/12 year olds and 2 adults getting Mani/pedis. Not only did they get us in, but did amazing work. One of our 12 year olds is disabled and they did a fantastic job with her. We will go back.

I showed her a picture of my eyebrows. What they look like filled in and not, explained to her what I wanted and showed her how I like them. When I left I got to look better at them and they’re two completely different shapes as well as a bald spot where she either didn’t take hair off she should’ve or took some off she didn’t mean to. I hate them and I would not recommend this salon at all. Especially for something like a simple brow waxing.

I got a gel pedicure and the woman who did my toes also did an exceptional job. Never, once, had a problem with the way my nails looked either. Go to this place! I promise you will love your nails.

I was in town visiting and stumbled upon this nail salon and happened to get seated right away as a walk in. That worked out great, but most importantly are the way my nails were as perfect as I was hoping for. She did a great job! Absolutely loved my nails.

Literally the worst nail salon ever. i've tried this place so many times and given them so many chances but this was the last chance i gave them and i left absolutely disappointed. the man who did my nails does not know how to do nails whatsoever. all he did was make my cuticle area red with how much he was shaving my skin off i'm not even kidding. he was also very rough with me and he didn't even ask me any questions about my nails during the application process like if i liked the shape or the length etc. my nails are now thick and nubby.. ew? all of my nails are different sizes

My tech really did a great job. All nails were perfect, and exactly the way I asked her. She was very patient, and took her time. Definitely quality !!! Recommend!!

I went here for acrylics and it was the most painful experience I've ever had getting them. When the guy filed my nails I thought he was about to rip them off. They also tore the skin where my cuticles were and I had tiny scabs for over a week.
They didn't look that bad but the pain itself was not worth it. I've had slight pain getting them done at other places but never at one like this. The nails were also very thick on the ends and weren't thinned out.
Very disappointing as I used to here a lot before I moved out of town.

Update: only day 2 and a nail broke. Truly poor quality job.


So I ended up here because my regular salon was shutdown for Covid. I called and got an appointment for the next day. Well.....let's just say, there's a reason a place has openings.

The tech handled me roughly, pulling and twisting fingers. Whenever I wanted to talk to her she got annoyed. She talked on the phone practically through an entire acrylic service and also through the pedi. She was happy though to push me into getting more than what I came in here for. I mean why would I want candy canes on my nails? What am

Always a pleasure at Natalie's. I really enjoyed the full treatment experienced with the VIP pedicure and manicure 💅. I noticed how perfect my manicured nails looked and my feet felt compared to other established shops in the area. Job well done.

I had my eyebrows done and they looked awful. I didn't really notice until I was out in my car. They were so uneven. One was really thin and the other was not (I also specially asked not to make them thin) so I had to tweeze the other one to even them up and now both my eyebrows look like they time warped to 1995. Way too thin.
Also, I had a pedicure and I wore pants that were too tight in the legs to push up far. I didn't expect a leg massage but he didn't massage my feet at all. He also did not use the "cheese grater" looking tool and my feet really needed it. My

Ive been going to the same nail salon in frederick for 5 years now getting acrylics. I have recently run into issues with that salon and was interested in jumping ship. I found this salon on google and decided to give it a try. I needed my acrylics soaked off and redone and a gel pedicure. The pedicure itself was great. My only issue is if you're going to bring clients back to the pedicure chair to wait, you should fill up the bowl and allow them to soak their feet while waiting. I had to wait for the pedicure barefoot in an empty soak tub. (awkward)

Have been going to Natalie's for about 5 years and they've done an acceptable job but have always been rude. Walked in last night without an appointment (My fault) was told it would be "just a minute" and I waited 45 minutes without any acknowledgement from the techs or manager - ended up walking out. It's definitely my last trip to Natalie's.

Feel bad cause the ladies were nice but I got the worst pedicure here and had to pay $42. There was gel cured all over my skin, I had to point out multiple flaws the whole time that they wouldn't have fixed otherwise. The manager or someone came back at the beginning and starts talking to both our techs and another girl and is clearing up an issue about tips from earlier..... hello customer here, wait until they are done and in the back. Also tried to seat us next to people (hello Covid) didn't see any cleaner being used before or after people got up from their chairs. No one wiped down

Best pedi in the area!!!! My first time here, I treated my hubby to a pedi for Veteran's day and we BOTH had amazing service. We even got there late in the evening which most places the service is less, but not here. Both techs were incredible. We will be back!
The shop was clean, bright and the staff was fun and seemed to love their jobs.
Totally impressed and highly recommend.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE GO TO ULTA. I had thick brows and I asked for a cleanup and tht I didn't want them thin and she waxed off most of my brows. They're not even I have never cried so hard and now they're not going to grow back like they used to. ZERO STARS VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED

Had a awful experience, the lady that did my nails (the third seat on the left) was rushing and didn't shape my nails at all, some are crooked and choppy. When it came time to apply the lotion she didn't even rub it in and left a huge line of lotion on my hand then practically threw the hot rag on my hands then said I was done. Awful do not recommend this place.

I heard mixed things about Natalie's but we wanted to give it a try. It was great! We went yesterday and even though it's one of their busiest times of the year, it moved pretty quickly. My 15yr old got a full set and was done in about 30-40mins. They never cut/nicked her. My 7 yr old got a manicure and gel nails and they were great with her. They gave her a Capri sun while she was in the chair. Every time I gave her a sip she'd say "now this is the life". They took care of my girls and for that I'm so appreciative and will continue to come. Thank you Natalie&apos

Update...after not being able to get in to see my nail technician (for several weeks) I reluctantly decided to try Natalie's again. I walked in and I was SHOCKED by the changes. They now have 1-2 people to greet customers and make sure things are running on schedule. I've now been back 3 times (I did make an appointment each time) and I'm always seated right away. There are a LOT of nail technicians working here and they seem to have an efficient system now. I made my 4th appointment for next week and I plan to keep coming back as long as everything continues to run smoothly. Their

Went here with two friends for the first time to get gels and it wasn't great. There was no wait which was nice but the women were rushing even though it was not busy, which showed in the work. Both my friends ended up with colors that were nothing like what they wanted. Although it seemed like a nice place at first, it was juts a waste of money. Both my friends removed the polish when they got home.
