Services
Guests have a 48-hour window in which they are able to cancel a reservation without penalty. If you notice in your owner's portal that an upcoming reservation has cancelled please let us know. If the time frame does not get rebooked and the guest canceled outside of their 48-hour window, we will pay you cancellation income based on what the guest has paid toward their reservation.

Great Vacation process! Lodging was clean and high quality! Staff was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Included amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, WIFI was all excellent value! Great value for a great trip! Definitely be my choice for all future Hawaiian travel!

Use at your own risk. Five days before our departure for HI we received an email to call Maui Rental Group. Turns out our unit had been sold and the new owners would not honor our rental. So, no one knew anything about this sale until 5 days before we arrived? Maui Rental offered us only one other alternative condo, not in Wailea or on the beach (where our original rental was located) but miles away in Kihei. We were left scrambling to find another rental on our own, at the last minute and at great additional expense. Thanks for nothing.

Do not rent from this organization. They are a sham and there are many legitimate rental agencies. I booked a rental online for $2200 on July 2. The agreement stated I would be charged a $300 deposit. Instead, they immediately charged the full $2200 to my card. That same day, they unilaterally cancelled the reservation, saying the rental was not available. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. When I did, they said the funds would be refunded to my card. Five days later, no funds were received. They claimed the money was refunded and that any issue was with my bank, not them. My

We booked a condo for an 8-week stay at Kamaole Sands resort with Maui Rental Group. We were impressed with the way the condo was advertised on their website and with their personable customer service during our booking process. We were also provided detailed instructions of the check-in process at the resort. The condo was just as advertised, beautifully appointed, spacious, and with a superb location inside the resort and at close proximity to the beach.

Not only was the service good.. it was outstanding. I'm pretty sure this office has a new manager, because things were effortless to get into our rental at Kamaole Sands. The gentlemen who answered the phone was thorough, pleasant, and efficient. Within minutes we had our rental booked and some much needed info for flying into the state. If it weren't for their guidance, we would have had to deal with major issues at the airport. The condo was clean, bright, and airy; everything we needed and more. Thank you, MRG!
