I haven't tried the boat out yet since it's the middle of winter but I picked it up today and feel very confident they were able to repair my boat that had multiple things going on with it. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any repair facility. Also, they are extremely communicative and professional from everyone I worked with. The Mechanic who worked on the boat just happen to be standing there when I picked it up and spent about 20 minutes with me chatting about what he did and that I was at 60% power but should be at 100% now. What a great place. Greg and the whole staff are awesome. Finding an honest, quality & customer-service-driven shop is hard to come by. They listened to my concerns, answered ALL my questions and went above the service I expected. I will undoubtedly be taking my boat there for any future service needs. One year later now... Just picked up my boat from having it's serviced again and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is top notch. I have absolutely zero complaints about this business. If you want honest work done on your boat take it here.

I just purchased a new tip Mercury propane motor. All the staff is super friendly. They also did a great job fielding my questions even after I left the shop. I'll definitely be using them for future Marine needs.

Greg who owns and runs the shop is a quality person. He exudes integrity and character when you meet him. The team of people like Joey who works with him are equally great! I have been taking my boat to Tacoma Marine for 3 years, every fall for winterization and troubleshooting. They did a great job on my boat the first 2 years, and were very thorough. This past year was a whole different story, the first time I took the boat out this season, one of the spark plugs blew out and I lost compression, OK, everybody makes a mistake. I limped back into the ramp and called Tacoma marine, they apologized and said the would correct the problem. I took the boat down there and they said they fixed the plug issue. After their supposed fix, the engine still wasn't running right
