Eddie is a magician! I had a rather unusual problem as I managed to burn a hole in my passenger seat as I was traveling to California to clean out a storage unit in the midst of a pandemic. I had to pack up my puppy, and my grand-turtles, since I couldn't really ask anyone to care for them in the midst of a Stay-At-Home order for CoVid-19. So I had to set the turtles up with their heat lamp and unfortunately, in a momentary equipment shift, managed to burn a hole in my passenger seat! Ed gently pointed out that I had purchased substandard materials when I thought I had found a deal on a factory Ford truck seat cover. Ed was able to make lemonade out of lemons and still made it look factory fresh. Fantastic work! To do so, he went the extra mile, fabricating his own tie downs and repairing a torn foam section. He has earned my business for life! Just a great experience and great guy too!

I came to AIM to have my wife's Crosstrek's seat cover replaced. AIM charged a fair price, did great work, was great with communication, and was right on time for our appointment. I'm very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them if you're looking for auto upholstery repairs.
