2020: The year I made lemonade out of lemons by taking on a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine! I strive to give you the best and most up-to-date, research-backed information on why adopting a whole food, plant-based diet can improve your (mental and physical) health, eliminate/reverse disease, improve your quality of life, and increase your longevity.

I help you increase your quality of life by using functional medicine techniques to restore your body at the cellular, biochemical level. Most ailments are caused by imbalances in nutrients, enzymes, hormones, and toxins. This effects the way we metabolize nutrients, express our genes, and ultimately think and feel.
