The office of Andrew R. Jung, DDS, is conveniently located in Bixby Knolls on E. Wardlow Road between Linden and Atlantic Avenues. We are pleased to serve patients in Long Beach, Signal Hill, Los Alamitos, and the surrounding areas with exceptional dental care. My previous dentist retired, so I had to find a new one.

I discovered this place through a letter from them welcoming me to the neighborhood. When I recently came down with some teeth pain I reached out to them and they exceeded my expectations. They are all so sweet from Milene to Nickie both are very kind and helpful To Dr. Jung being hands on and connecting with you to find out the issues and going about the them the best way. They really do care and it shows! Thank you for making my painful moment less painful!

Awesome customer service!! Everyone is so incredibly warm and welcoming. I have a huge fear when it comes to dental work and cleanings and they've helped me get over this. Mylene at the front desk is so friendly on the phone and in person. She always manages to work around my crazy schedule. Plus their office is so clean and they take all the extra precautions necessary to ensure my safety as well as theirs. We've been going here for over 15 years. Highly recommend Dr Jung and his team.

My old dentist retired, and I was looking for a new one in the area. On July 12th, I called and spoke with the office manager, Mylene, who came off polite, and asked me for my dental insurance info, which I obliged. I have a nice PPO through Delta Dental at my work, which is above-average coverage.
She took initiative and called and figured out my coverage amounts and limits and then called me back, and asked for my social security number. I told her I was not comfortable giving this, and she said, "At some point we're going to need this."

So I'm extremely, extremely scared of the dentist. (Bad experience from when I was a kid). So about 10 years ago, I found a local dentist. And wouldn't you know it, another horrible experience. So definitely didn't help with my phobia of dentist. So talking with a friend about my fear and how it had been 10 years since my last dental visit, she recommended Dr. Jung. So I decided to give it another try. All I have to say is OMG, this office is the BEST!! From my initial call Mylene made me feel at ease, assuring me that they would take care of me. I've been going to Dr. Jung for a few years, and I will say, my experience has always been good. He make sure and discuss everything with you, and it doesn't hurt when I am having dental work done. Mylene is great. She really explains your coverage. If I am unsure, I can always count on Mylene. Nikki is also great. Makes sure you arw comfortable. The entire staff makes your visit comforting.

Best dental experience in my 50+ years! A lovely, friendly environment put me at ease from the moment I walked into the office - greeted by the exceptionally friendly Mylene! Everyone is professional - especially with regard to safety precautions related to the virus - and compassionate. Had a great cleaning with Monisha, and a cavity filled (including multiple injections) with no stress, or pain - thank you Dr. Jung and assistant! Can't say enough good things about this practice, I feel very fortunate to have received a "Welcome to the Neighborhood" from Dr. Jung and staff.

Before I met Dr. Jung, I hadn't seen a dentist in more than a decade. Now, I've been visiting Dr. Jung's office for over seven years and it's like visiting friends. Dr. Jung, Mylene, Nikki, Amanda, Thuy (and Debbie, who's retired), they're all fantastic and my teeth are in great shape because of them!
I've had dental woes at other clinics and Dr. Jung listens to me when I talk about my experiences. He asks me during procedures how I'm doing and I feel very safe with him.

I've been going to Dr. Jung's office for years! The office is helmed by Mylene (hope I'm spelling it correct) with a warm motherly presence. I love her gentle reminders and, funny enough, all the encouragement in my personal life. Nikki is also another gem that has helped Dr. Jung perform wonders with my teeth. Best Dental Hygienist - Amanda!
I have very sensitive teeth and have literally cried from past cleanings due to the sensitivity of my teeth. Past hygienists have used topical numbing gel and were careful, but still there would be pain and more numbing gel would be needed.
This week, I had an appointment with Amanda for the first time. Of course, I started the appointment explaining the need for gallons of topical numbing gel! Amanda carefully listened as I explained my past experiences and how the power tools caused much more pain than the old fashion hand tools/scalers. As she reviewed

We moved to the area a year ago and were looking for a new dentist which can be a long and challenging process. Luckily, we received a "welcome to the neighborhood" letter in the mail from Dr. Jung. After doing some research and looking up reviews, we decided to make our first appointment. We have been really happy ever since. Dr. Jung is very friendly and personable and does a great job of making you feel comfortable. He also explains all of the procedures so you know what is going on. The most personality, character and connection I've felt in a Dentist's Office yet. Myleen may truly be one of the friendliest and most helpful faces of any front office staff. Dr. Jung has great table side manner and so does his dental hygienist. They are great about making you feel comfortable, answering any questions and helping you remember your appointments. A strong receptionist and clinical team make this place a solid 5 stars in my book.

I can't say enough about Dr. Jung. What a wonderful experience from the moment you come in Mylene is warm and friendly not to mention on the ball. The wait time is minimal due to Mylene's efficiency. I'm extremely afraid of dentists due to a previous root canal...ten years ago. Today I had my wisdom teeth removed with no pain at all! Dr. Jung is gentle and explains everything. I will never go to anyone else again. I love this offfice. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family! Oh and he saved me $160 quoted from Dr. Zaks office around the corner.
