My 1st impression was they were nice apartments and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even better the whole team put in work for me today to get me approved for an apartment was nothing shy of amazing... I can't thank them enough for what they did as I was in a pickle with life circumstances. So they get the 5 stars for me and my respect... I look forward to being your tenant...

I enjoy living at Ashley Square for the following reasons: The office staff is so personable and responsible. They address things in a expedited fashion. They honestly care about your concerns, appearance, and the facility. I am a type A person and it is awesome to have management of this nature. The grounds are clean, mowed, and distinct in appearance. I enjoy my choice in making this my home. I enjoy my fireplace, vaulted ceilings, deck, and the elevator in my building. I moved into Ashley Square in 2019. Once the office and maintenance staff were replaced, it improved immensely. Alicia and Cody have done a great job and are very personable. Not long after they took over, all the buildings got the roof replacements they needed. We’d had a leaking ceiling in one room that was continuously ignored by the previous office staff. They also got call boxes for the apartments configured, new outgoing mailboxes in the buildings, and the office package receiving process improved. I lived here for 2.5 years about two years ago. Worst management and property care I have ever seen (management changed several times while I lived there and ownership changed at least once, everything got worse with each change). They threatened to evict me at least five times. Each time they already had my check and most of the times had already cashed it. Also the last 6 months I lived there the public spaces were filthy and most of that was due to maintenance working on things and never cleaning their mess or putting tools away.

Horrible property. I was going to move in here and it was done during the virtual only tours. I finally walk through the unit they planned to give me and first thing you notice as you walk up the stairs very dirty, damaged property. The unit itself very small supposedly remodeled "updated" and it reminded me of the 1980s. Everything was very old trim and caulking had not been done or ever redone. Nothing had been updated which they are changing more for that. Do not rent here. I told them I was no longer interested been waiting on my money back and still nothing yet. They will require an upfront $150 deposit and keep it even if your application is not approved. If you complain they will make it appear as though they are helping to resolve your situation by giving you a number of 515.270.6742 but DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! You will only be met with disrespect and a condescending tone! Establishments that have NO CLUE what is customer service are absolutely disgusting...the audacity of these jokers!! They deserve a ZERO rating!
