Critical: Professionalism, Quality
This appraiser has the be the worst in the industry. He held on to the appraisal because he was upset about having to wait to get into the home. He caused a huge delay in closing. Absolutley incompetent and vindictive. The most unprofessional person I've ever had the misfortune to work with.

Don't waste your time trying to get a hold of this person. Doesn't return calls or emails. Good luck!

Nearly impossible to get a hold of. Doesn’t like to communicate and is basically screwing our clients over. Puts lender required repairs on the appraisal with little to no description and won’t answer calls from the bank or myself to get clarification. What a waste of an appraiser.

Very disappointed--total lack of communication and lack of professionalism. This company was contracted to perform an appraisal of our home by our buyer's bank, and because of their lack of communication and unwillingness to complete the appraisal process, they delayed the sale of our home by a month. Our buyer had to get another appraisal, move closing date, etc. What a mess. Would not recommend unless you're looking for delays and headaches!

He will turn in your appraisal as LATE as possible if he gets upset with the listing agent! Even though it is out of the buyer or sellers hands.. he will punish you if he gets an automated survey for entering a house with an automated lock box on it. BEWARE! But sadly, as a buyer, we do not get to CHOOSE our appraiser. I wish we couldve known this would happen because he screwed our closing date over this. Took 12 days to turn in the appraisal after he DID it!!! Last time we went thru this process, the appraiser turned in the report the VERY NEXT DAY! This guy held on to it to be VINDICTIVE to
