I called about a commercial property with their sign. The man who called me back gave me the lease price and I told him that is high for this area. He said that is the going rate for Bell county. I said I would not pay that, would they be willing to work on that. He hung up on me. I called their office back requesting someone call me back and have never heared back from anyone about that property or any other property for lease.
I have been leasing commercial property in Bell County for 20 years and this property is way over priced. Thats why it has set empty for the last 5 years. Most of Charters

Jr came out on short notice and got our ac unit back up and working very quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have a one month newborn, this was very important for us to have the house cooling. Jr made sure that the house was cooling properly before leaving.... I feel like it going on almost 5pm no one would show up but I was proven wrong, way to go maintenance team to save the day....

I've been renting with Charter a little over two years, any issue I've had the have taken care of very promptly and professionally the staff in the office is always very pleasant to talk with we have great communication on ways to solving problems that may occur. their maintenance team has always been very professional and very polite when they come to my home they immediately get to the problem, start working on a resolution and fix the problem as soon as they can.
