Christophe Blanc was my realtor during a crazy time in the housing market where it seemed like buying a house was almost impossible. Right away after getting Mr. Blanc assigned to me I knew that he was willing to put in the work and was always professional with all of our interactions. He was able to find a new build that ended up being perfect for my family and I. He went above and beyond any other realtor I have had in the past. Christophe helped my family and I buy our first house, he was very informative on the whole process and always going the extra mile. He made sure to walk every house as if he was buying it for himself. Even after the close of the sell , he was still responsive on question we had! It was a very good experience and will definitely have him as my realtor for future purchase.

Christophe was a really good realtor. I've already recommended him to friends and family. We were first time home buyers. He really helped walk us through the process and get the best house for us. Christophe made my new build home buying experience easy and uncomplicated. He really stayed on the builder to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. He was extremely responsive to my texts and calls. And he was great about asking the builder and home inspector questions that I would never have thought of but that were very important, as it turns out. Thank you to Sunburst Realty!
