We met Kelly Hankins and his assistant Paul at we home we are buying. They were very polite and professional and explained what they would be doing. When the home inspection was over we sat down together and Kelly went over everything they checked inside and outside of the house. He asked us if we had any questions about the inspection or his findings.

Our experience with Homespec was fantastic from start to finish. They were very quick to schedule and the set up and the communication process was clear. Upon arrival we met Kelly, Brad, and Jeff who were friendly and eager to get to work. They went through the home from top to bottom with a fine-tooth comb. I can't say enough good things about this team as they are top notch and pay attention to every detail. My wife and I are purchasing a house that is nearly 100 years old so naturally there was a lot to go over. We are so excited and confident now to move into our new home.

The inspector was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about his job. He went over everything and explained what he was checking for. If you had any questions always willing to answer them without making faces. Like some places.. But the main thing I liked the most about this company is that they go through everything to make sure what’s working and not working. I was very impressed at the overall inspection.
