My one year old child could have been seriously hurt or even killed in a car accident that happened one day prior (guy ran red light); and we were openly mocked and complained about to coworkers while on the phone with receptionist. Driver was completely understanding and very professional. Office personnel could take notes as lady was extremely rude and hung up on me because we were 30 min late to get belongings out of vehicle. Professional service with quick response time. The driver who came out, Jake, was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately for him he had to winch my car out first before being able to hook it to tow. Word to the wise, back your cars in your driveway if you have front wheel drive. It makes life easier on EVERYONE. I highly recommend Saunders towing.
