My trusty 2005 Ford Ranger XLT needed new front wheel bearings, upper and lower control arm bushings, and shocks all around. When I hear people use the term "above and beyond" in a review, I typically don't think much of it. I mean, your server at the restaurant went above and beyond by giving you an extra bread basket for your table? That's generous, but not really life changing. Route 64, however, truly went out of their way for me these past two weeks. Without going into an Oprah-worthy sob story, let me just say a few quick words about the folks at Route 64.

My muffler was hanging by its teeth and I sounded like I was auditioning for Fast and Furious: Villa Park Drift. I had gone to Sooper Lube down the street and they told me they couldn't fix my car. After seeing Route 64 driving down North Ave. one day, I decided to give them a shot. Called around 2pm to ask if they could look at it. They said they could if I came right away. I was there within 10 minutes, left my car there. They called back with an estimate and said they could get it done same day, even though they close at 4. They stayed open a little after 4 for me to come and get my car
