My regular mechanic retired and I needed a new place to take my car. J1 Automotive was recommended to me. They are absolutely fantastic! They are friendly, informative, knowledgeable and they love what they do. I needed my tie rods replaced but they did all the proper checks to make sure it was the tie rods and not something else or in addition to. I've had to bring both of our vehicles to J1 Auto several times over the last year and a half. While normally it feels frustrating having to bring your car into a mechanic because of uncertainties about what's wrong with your vehicle, I can genuinely say that isn't the case here.
