RENTER BEWARE! We have lived in Centerra Pointe for 3 years and recently moved out. When we purchased our home and had an expected move out date we let the rental office know. We specifically asked them if there is anything for us to do regarding move out policies/paperwork & they said no. Fast forward a few weeks later (while I was in the hospital having our baby nonetheless), that we failed to complete a move out form (that they did not provide us earlier), and that we would have to pay an additional week of rent. Absolutely ridiculous.

THEN... when it came to our move out inspection, it

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place was amazing before they changed management. The new management is rude and unprofessional. I have cameras installed in my house and have video footage of the property manager and maintenance searching through my house when I was not there. If you appreciate your privacy I would NOT recommend moving there. My fiancé and I are truly baffled and are in the process of hiring a lawyer to take care of this situation.

who has been quickly responsive and professional to our initial
inquiries about Centerra Pointe! We are impressed with a complex
who employs someone who values customer service and excellent
communication as Billie Jo! As we begin our process of moving, we are assured that Centerra Pointe and it's representatives will be an awesome
choice in re-locating to Ann Arbor!

I used to be very happy with Centerra pointe and recommended it to two of my friends who are now there. My complaint is for after I moved out and they charged me for the cost of replacing their carpet. They had very poor quality carpets in their bedrooms and our chairs left marks on the carpet. I did not even use my chair as I hardly ever work from home but still, it left a mark. I talked to the manager and apparently this is a known issue and she mentioned that is why in their newsletter they asked tenants to use plastic covers under their chairs. Unfortunately, I did not read those newsletters

I have lived at Centerra Pointe for almost two years and am moving out because I have bought a condo in the area. This is a fantastic place to live, with a diverse group of neighbors and a very responsive management team. Both Sarah and Angie have gone out of their way on several occasions to be helpful. There are on site celebrations and activities to make you feel welcome and the location is convenient. I highly recommend it as a place to live and will miss it as I move out next week.

Sarah is a fantastic manager & a great community organizer! She was so helpful & patient as my parents were waiting to sell their home of 30 years & relocating to Ann Arbor. Centerra staff have all been extremely helpful & efficient. It goes without saying the property & amenities are impeccable.

I moved into an apartment at Centerra Pointe almost two months ago and have been very happy here so far. The development is certainly one of the nicest in the Ann Arbor area. The apartments, common facilities and apartments are new, high quality and exceptionally well maintained. The leasing and maintenance staff are also great to deal with and attentive to ensuring that resident's needs and expectations are met and often exceeded.
