I have been a Klass Customer for years, but most recently, my husband and I shopped here for engagement and wedding rings. The customer service is as high quality as a 24 carot gold!! The rings we had were custom made, too, and the jewelers gave us exactly what we wanted. They get all my business and recommendation!

My elderly father's watch battery died. Simple problem right? I stopped here and they said no problem. I left and ran an errand. Came back to pick up the watch thinking it was a 5 or 10 dollar fix. Talked briefly with the wonderful young lady working there. She asked what they did to the watch I told her it was dads and while I would rather get him a new one he wouldn't hear if that. We laughed and exchanged stories about our fathers. I asked what I owed. She said it's on her and to tell dad to have a great day. It's the little things in my book. My future jewelry purchase will

They didn’t have the ring on their showcase but they allowed me to choose from a catalog. It can I’m the next day and I bought it. I would’ve hundreds more at other jewelers. I can’t thank them enough.

Took a long strand of heirloom pearls to the folks at Klass. They were patient and helpful to help me decide how I could recreate something relevant and beautiful that I could wear and enjoy. They created a beautiful matching set for me and I can still feel connected to my dear aunt who wore them for years. The folks at Klass also crated my wedding band to go with the engagement ring that my husband gave to me. They are good people and professionals in their craft!
