I’ve been living at one of Balfour Properties for a year now. I have a ceiling in my apartment master bedroom that leaks and leaks and they have let it grow mold. I’ve begged for repairs and to speak with corporate AFTER emailing and calling a number of times since 4/2021. I have documentation of every detail. They continue to come in and paint over the mold. And the wall has now begin to bubble and crack. Along with mold in my carpet. I’ve had enough and Balfour needs to give me answers.

I’ve been a resident for the past 4 years (Balfour 296) and the value here just keeps decreasing at this property. There is extensive list of issues here that they turn a blind eye to. The pile of trash at the one dumpster provided, the gang of stray cats that occupy the dumpster space, and the trash littered across the parking lot. Managment refuses to do anything about the consistent noise violations that occur at this property! Maintenance is terrible and just slow. They will take a lazy simple way to put a bandaid on the problem and reuse to fix the actual problem. When management is contacted

They do not like to communicate. I’ve called corporate and left several messages with no response. My unit has not had functioning heating/air for months. Between two seasons my apartment has been extremely hot or extremely cold. Emergency maintenance is a joke. They never call back or respond. Regular maintenance is a joke. They say it’s fixed and it’s not. They refuse to fix it or compensate for the inconvenience and still threaten to evict you. Do not stay at any property with “Balfour Residential” attached. I’ve had a horrible experience thus far. I am warning anyone. Stay away

Look at the comments real closely.. the maintenance you can’t trust in your home! Money missing no one owned up to it.. I’m starting to believe that there using this complex to cover up something there doing that’s not residential! Apartments are infested and over charged! Look close to the reviews before you choose to move here! Don’t be a fool you’ll regret it !!!

I’ve lived at one of the properties owned by this company for almost a year. The first thing I’d like to mention is that I noticed familiar names in the reviews. Many are employees of the company so the reviews are not 100% genuine. Since I’ve lived here I have had rats, roaches, broken appliances, and heating/cooling that do not work. When work orders are placed it takes weeks/months to have the issues addressed. The property manager is also non responsive despite seeing him hanging out on the property. I moved here thinking it was a bargain for the area however I now see that you get what

Very Satisfied. Grounds are kept clean. Neighborhood is quiet and a joy to live in. The maintenance staff is quick and responsive. Through these tough times and the pandemic Balfour made our move quick and easy. The company has kept us safe with promoting safety restrictions and abiding by the CDC guidelines. We love our home! My wife and I have no complaints.

I have lived at one of the Balfour properties for the last six years, finally moved to my first home. Nothing but good words to say about Balfour residential!
Maintenance was done at least once every six months, ( filters, batteries....).
They would give me email notice and post a letter on my door 48 hours before any inspection in the apt.
Leasing office staff went above and beyond to make my stay feel like home, and I hope that you reading this, will let you know what a profesional and great Management team they are.

I have had a professional relationship with Balfour Residential for at least three years. They are extremely responsive and they stay on top of the details. The care about their communities, and they will always communicate and respond to any questions. I strongly recommend them and I appreciate their efforts to professionally lease and manage real estate.

I absolutely love living here! Even with everything that has been going on lately with the pandemic etc. The staff has been amazing!!! They go out of there way to make sure that my family and I feel like we truly are apart of the community here. We have had a couple of maintenance issues over the last couple years but they always took care of it and communicated very well throughout the process. I cannot say enough good things about living here!
