Kathy is fantastic! I had called in a bouquet order for pickup at 5:15 (just before closing time) but got stuck in traffic on 90 and didn’t arrive until 5:30. Kathy very kindly stayed later so that I could pick up the bouquet, and was very friendly and courteous. The bouquet itself is gorgeous, and my girlfriend absolutely adores it! This level of customer service was a breath of fresh air, thank you so much! No more grocery store flowers for this guy, only Brown Pleasance!

Absolute life savers! I've been going here for years whenever I want arrangements done right and they're always patient with my oddball requests. Today I had completely forgotten to pick up some flowers for a friend's birthday, and I called and they could not have been more gracious in getting a gorgeous arrangement done for me with a near instant turn-around. Friendly, enjoyable, warm, professional, accommodating. This is a great corner florist and a wonderful local business, a true asset to Lakewood, and truly deserving of our support.

So I kinda stumbled upon this place by accident. I was actually at another florist in Rocky River and almost bought flowers but they really only had three selections and all looked awful for around $75. Decided to look at other florists in the area and found Brown Pleasance. Walked in and was instantly greeted by an incredibly nice woman who offered to help. Explained where I was and that I was looking for something special on the anniversary of my grandmothers passing. They didn't have any pre made assortments but they had a HUGE selection of fresh flowers in the cooler. It was like picking

DIG IT. Kathy and her staff perform without fail for every event in life. She provided the flowers for our wedding 26 years ago. She has called and reminded me of holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries. She has always provided her services for our sad occasions with the utmost care. My boyfriend ordered flowers from them to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day. They were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, vibrant, and they lasted a good two weeks before the roses and daisies were too droopy to keep on display. The carnations are still perky and as vibrant as the day they were delivered, despite it being almost a month later. I integrated them into another bouquet that I put on display and they look just as fresh as the new flowers. Ten out of ten, definitely going to these guys when I need flowers!

I was referred to Brown Pleasance Florist through a family member. Kathy helped me with my flowers for my wedding last month. I was beyond pleased with the results!! My boyfriend has been getting my V-day flowers from here for 4 years now. I couldn't ask for better quality or more beautiful flowers. I love carnations and for those of you who don't know, they last for weeks and look lovely. These will last past my b-day in March, and still look as good as the day he gave them to me.
My family has used Browns for years and we have never been happier.
