I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my girlfriend. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. They put together a wonderful bouquet and even delivered it the same day! Now a week later and the flowers still look great and she's very happy. She said the person who delivered the flowers was also very nice and courteous. I can't really comment on the prices, so I don't know if they are expensive or normal. I do know they weren't at the cheap end, but you do get what you pay for and we're both happy with what she got!
