We're passionate about helping people find their way back to healthy diet routines to mitigate medical problems, regain energy, and feel better about themselves. By the time I found Diane, I hadn't been able to eat for weeks, and the doctors were no help with my GI problems. I didn't even have the energy to walk up or down the stairs, much less go shopping for food, but within a day or two of working with Diane, I started getting energy back.

I'm now a firm believer in talking to a Registered Dietitian nutrition expert, who cares about how you feel, not just the pragmatic doctor-recommended advice. I would highly recommend Diane at A+ Nutrition for your nutritional needs. Thank you for changing my life for the better seven years ago. One visit to your office was all I needed to lower my glucose more than 35 mg/dL.

Diabetes is not a choice! Your body should be able to regulate any food you eat by putting out the precise amount of insulin to keep your blood sugars within a normal range. When you have diabetes, your pancreas makes little or no insulin or your body prevents the insulin you do produce from working properly.
Good nutrition is one of the key factors affecting your kidney health. Your blood glucose level and blood pressure are sensitive to what you eat, how you eat it, and the kind of lifestyle you're committed to living.

With good diet and moderate exercise through nutritional programs for renal-kidney disease, many early-CKD patients can slow or even halt the progression of the disorder, allowing them to enjoy life the way they're supposed to - healthy and free!.
Microbiome is defined as the organisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi, good or bad, that inhabit something, be it soil, water, plants, animals or humans. The human gut microbiome is undergoing much scrutiny and scientific testing, as there is some evidence that immunity, as well as susceptibility to certain diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer may be influenced by our gut microbiome.
