Services
TriPower Vacation Rentals in Fort Myers Beach is a family business that was established in 1990 as a local resort vacation rental company affiliated with our real estate sales office to serve the island we live on. We started small: in a rented space with only a few properties. Our success over the years enabled us to purchase and renovate properties that have a prime location on the island in the Times Square overlay district of Estero Island.
Fort Myers Beach is a town in southwest Florida known for its beaches, fishing, and plenty of year-round events. Fort Myers is a popular area for vacationers across the U.S. Nearly 80,000 residents live in this county seat of Lee County.

Tripower ,vacation rentals were always friendly polite and so willing to answer any question I had about our condo rental. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to get in ahead of the 5:00 timeline which we thought was too late. We would definitely rent from Tripower again!

No Sheets, NoTowels, No Response. After arriving to the condo around 5pm we noticed there were no linens or towels anywhere to be found. About 5:10pm there was a knock at the door from a gentleman claiming to be Richard, wearing a name tag and t-shirt with the TriPower logo. My husband told told him that there were no towels or sheets in the condo. Richard said he would contact the owners and get back with us. As we continued to unpack our car we saw Richard in the parking lot and he again said he did not forget about us, he would get us the linens and towels that evening. Around 7:30pm still no

We stayed for two weeks at 160 gulf island. The neighborhood is amazing having direct access to the beach and back bay. The screened porch was amazing. Bedrooms comfortable. The pool was great. The cottage however needs a lot of TLC including needing appliances. The cookware, dishes and stemware in very poor condition. Washer and dryer very old and inefficient. Owners would be wise to upgrade appliances and washer / dryer to save energy.

Stayed in Polynesian Villa #3 for 7 nights between Christmas & New Years. We love this little Studio - Perfect for two - it is small, but we only needed a place to sleep, shower and make some snacks & drinks. Place was clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of space for your belongings. 2 Chairs to sit outside on deck to chill were great! You cannot beat the location, so so close to the beach! You can also walk so many places or take the free tram. You have a snack & drink store right across the road (beer & wine only) also the Tuck Away Café (good coffee and sandwiches) and Royal Scoop for ice

I already shared my view of our experience at our condo at gateway villas. If #299 were the only unit available at gateway villas, we would not stay with that property. I really cannot believe that it was even rented out. I would’ve beeN totally embarrassed if I owned it... and wouldn’t rent it to anyone. Tripower is wonderful to work with but that unit needs major updating

This was our first time staying at a Tripower vacation rental and we will most defiantly be booking with them again. They were extremely responsive and made sure to be accommodating when questions occurred. We stayed in their Bahia Via property not only was the location great but it was also very clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant experience and are excited to try one of their other properties.

We had a fantastic stay in Flamingo unit C. The size was perfect for our family of four and everything was clean and well maintained. The TriPower maintenance team was really quick to respond to any of the issues we ran into. The bonus of this rental was the washer/dryer, the use of beach chairs and wagon, and the ability to walk to the beach and restaurants in the Times Square area.

I am a condo on the beach girl, so when my husband suggested a house off the beach, I was skeptical. 231 Pearl street made a believer out of me. It is a beautiful property. We have a family of 6 and the house was far more comfortable than a condo. The house was beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We enjoy eating out, but also love to cook. It was as comfortable as cooking at home. The location was perfect. We could walk to the square and there was plenty of beach access.
The team at TriPower Rentals was professional, courteous, and easy to work

We stayed in a lovely house on Pearl Street . It was directly across the street from Diamondhead Resort and was less then a 1 block walk to a public beach access. We enjoyed the privacy of our own pool. The kitchen was stocked so we'll that even a gourmet chef would be impressed. There were also beach supplies including chairs , floats and toys for the kids. There was even sunscreen and first aid supplies in the cabinet. But the best part was the Tommy Bahama Beds. Every guest in the house agreed they were the most comfortable beds ever . We are already planning to stay there next year for part
