We are Fort Myers Beach Premier Vacation Rental Company Family owned and operated, we provide property management services to the beautiful upscale rental properties in Fort Myers. Having grown up on the beach, we are intimately familiar with all it has to offer, inside and out. We have wonderful relations with every restaurant and establishment.

Our family of 14 stayed at the Dancing Dolphins property over Christmas break 2021. LVR was amazing to work with. Jessica was very responsive and helpful in planning our vacation. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She went above and beyond to make this a perfect vacation. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have traveled to Mexico, Hawaii and Punta Cana and have never found a place like Ft Myers beach. LVR made it so easy and we will be back!!!!

Renee was AMAZING!!
I had Distinctive Beach Rental cancel my paid in full beach rental within 2 weeks of my stay and then I called Renee at Luxury Vacation Rentals and she hooked me up. She was fast and efficient. She set me up with this incredible place on the beach and on such short notice.
I feel so grateful to her for finding me a place on such short notice.

Rude and disrespectful! Called to report issues of cockroaches found in our beach front rental. Was accused of lying and spoke to in a condescending manor. House in question was Breezy Beach. Woke up to a giant roach in the kitchen the first night. Took a picture and sent to property manager. They sent someone to spray who assured me everything would be good going forward. To nights later we ordered a pizza and it brought the little critters out again. Two scurrying across the kitchen counter. I called again a day before Thanksgiving telling them I wanted to leave and would it be possible to get

We stayed at Casa Del Mar and it was everything we could've wanted or needed. Plenty of room for 8 of us, easy access to the beach, nice private pool, plenty of beach chairs. We enjoyed everything about the home and the beach. Definitely will stay here again. Thank you for such a great place.

We had a great time when we stayed in July at the Cloud 9 rental. This house has everything you could possibly think of needing and then some! All the furnishings are top quality - great appliances, comfortable beds, spacious showers with nice big shower heads. The view from the deck is outstanding - you can see the whole stretch of the beach and all the beautiful sunsets that go with it! The space created under the deck for a shady spot to relax is a definite plus! They also provide chairs, kids toys, etc!

We stayed at Reef of Paradise and it was a beautiful home! Very well kept, great location, pool was very warm and nice, plenty of newer tv’s, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler for the beach...everything one could want. Luxury vacation rentals made everything go seamless. 5 stars!

We stayed in the Gulf Beach home for 7 days during Thanksgiving week 2020. The house is beautiful, the pool is glorious and the property manager was courteous and worked diligently to provide a comfortable stay. They say location is everything and this home is perfectly located on the strip near the beach and within walking distance of all the fun! We would definitely book this home again!

Our family of 9 and an infant stayed a week at Seahorse, I cannot say enough about this property and the management. Everything was perfect and more. Everything a family needs to enjoy a beach vacation.......beach chairs, buckets, shovels, umbrellas, floats and even carts to help take things to the beach..... once we arrived all we needed were groceries. It was so NICE. The property is directly across from the beach. (Perfect location). I would stay again and again at this property. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for all the memories ⛱🏰
