Services
We do send emails to our guests such as payment receipts and final payment reminders as a courtesy. Check In time is 3PM. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. The person listed on the confirmation is required to register with the office upon arrival. Accidental Damage Protection* protects the renter against unintentional damage to rental units during a guest's stay.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We have been locals for over 30 years and the way we were treated today, 1/18/2020 is wrong and disheartening. We parked at a public beach access that shares the same parking lot as the Caper Beach condos, mind you it’s paid parking. There is no public restroom nearby so we needed one, we walked to the office only to approached by a very unwelcoming woman by the name of Kasey. Being carefree like we usually are, we asked if we could access the exterior door facing the beach that read RESTROOM In all caps, before finishing she cut us off with a flat “No”. When

This place is awesome!!! Right on the beach, amazing salt water pool. Accommodating parking, incredible views. It is very secure and safe al omg with just beautiful. I would recommend these places in a heart beat! A vacation paradise. All the stores and shops are in walking distance. From the pool you can see the beach that are often visited by dolphins. The water in the pool is the exact right temperature. I love it!!!!

What an amazing little beach club which is privately owned and available only to resident. Salt water pool with beach access right at the Gulf. Thankfully a close friend has a condo and allowed us to try it out. There is nothing like picnicking poolside after some pool time with the kiddos. Right next to the pool are BBQs and outdoor showers. The sand is pure sugars white. I'm told all variety of fish and marine mammals such as dolphin are regularly cited offshore. Pure paradise.

We have been coming here with our parents for years and this year was the only time where I would have to complain about the kids in the pool and people being there that were not staying at the condos and people being in the pool after hours. Otherwise it was a pleasure coming back. I think there needs to be more security at night.
