This IS A TIMESHARE.. CALL IN ADVANCE..always cleanest in town.. best time share on Ft Myers Beach. family friendly, pool, docks to intercostal inlet, right across the street from gulf of Mexico beachs and walking distance to time square/pier...

We love Sandcastle. We own a timeshare unit there and we look forward to going there all year long. Adam and Ashley in the office are the best. It's close to lots of restaurants and shops, and just across the street from the pier.

If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay a block away from everything this is it. This is not the Pink Shell. Basic room, kitchen etc. Nice pool and back bay setting. We have been staying here for about 10 years.

We love this little home away from home. We have been coming here for over 30 years. Adam and Ashley are wonderful! The location is super convenient to the beach-perfect for families. People are always friendly and kind.

Loved the size great for a family of 4 as the sofa turns into a bed, very clean and the option of using the pool and jacuzzi on site, assigned parking spot, very quaint and cozy.

This is an interval ownership community. Under the stewardship of manager Adam and his associate Ashley, the facility is clean, well run, and very inviting. It is truly home away from home for the owners and long-term renters.
