Bad business ethics. Was never told that my insurance was not yet accepted by them at check in I was told to pay 60 dollar copay that I was not supposed to be billed. Called whoever answered the phone was rude and not understanding and asked to be refunded because my insurance said there was no copay and they do accept my insurance. I am over a 30 year new Milford business owner and resident and would never act that way to any customer new or old obviously profit over customer Relations is how this company is ran . Will never go back or recommend to anyone. I am not a review person but you wonder

I had a great experience at this office. The office staff could not have been nicer. They are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor took me right away knowing I had vision problems. He was thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend this office.

I have been seeing this doctor for almost 10 years and I think he is terrific! Always gentle, kind , and thorough, I appreciate his professional expertise and most helpful staff. My entire family, (that's five of us) all visit Dr. Carabin at least once yearly... when i had a problem he directed me to a great eye surgeon who specialized in my problem. I was so relieved to know I am getting the best eye care here. Pretty good optometrist here as well!
