Dr. Alan Busby went to Wesleyan University as an undergraduate, and he graduated from SUNY Optometry in Manhattan in 2001 and also received a Masters Degree in Vision Science.

If all medical visits were as pleasant, friendly and nice as my visit to Busby Family Eye Care. I would be at doctors offices every week!
The staff are so friendly and easy going and the doctor was great! Explained all steps and was helpful through the entire exam.

Melissa Velardo, what a great experience for myself and my son, the entire staff was so kind and friendly, Dr.Busby was so great and thorough he took the time to make sure he answered all of our questions even repeated a test twice on my son make sure proper diagnosis, great glasses selection and very reasonable prices for everything so happy I chose them to go here, with be my eye doctor from now on! They even help support the community and give back to Bergenfield, my son played in Busby Eye care team, thats how I learned about them!!

Very professional and friendly staff! As a first time patient I felt very welcomed and comfortable in their office. I was in an out with ease, even being a brand new patient. I even had the misfortune of forgetting my wallet, and they were courteous enough to allow me to do my exam and come back later with my insurance and ID. Great experience and will be recommended to all of my family and friends!

Love Busby Eye Center! Dr Caroline Busby is great with my son who has special needs. The selection is good and the staff was patient. It was easy to get an appointment.
I'm glad they took the time to verify my insurance coverage and benefits. Other places I've been to don't do that and then expect me to pay out of pocket! Busby has sports goggles for kids, which are great for kids with hyperactivity and very durable. The office is new with very up to date equipment. The receptionist said that the doctors also work in hospitals so I trust their expertise and experience. The Busby family is a nice

Amazing!! First time here was in and out! (Which was a year ago) Dr was so friendly and very amazing at what she does! Def highly recommended!
I been there on many separate occasions on getting fixes for my glasses and check ups. SERIOUSLY ALL HANDS DOWN.... I would not go anywhere else. Technology here and customer service and the doctors are truly what I consider first class accommodations! Thank you very much!!

Too often annual eye-exams are hurried "you're processed in and out" affairs, with a not-so-subtle push to buy expensive glasses and frames. This practice focuses on customer service!
My family (ages 2+) and I saw Dr. Alan Busby for our annual eye exams. I was blown away by the courtesy, patience and thoroughness he exhibited for all of us, and how clean, brightly lit and well designed the office is. The receptionist talked to our kids and gave them schwag which kept them entertained while we adults had our check-ups. Dr. Busby took the time to explain how my prescription was evolving
