I had a problem with the heat coming out and called the office. My response from the office has always been fast, efficient and professional. I've read other reviews and don't understand. The team that responded knew what to do acted accordingly and here I am enjoying warm air in this cold outside climate. Been here going on 5 years and and the worst I've ever seen was a spider in the summer. Thank you all for the help I've been shown.

Please do DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. They will not fix anything. They have 1 maintenance woman for the whole complex I have been asking for maintenance for months. Having a clogged kitchen sink, I called thinking maintenance might be able to come today since it’s a little more urgent then the other work orders I put in. NOPE there’s no telling when the maintenance lady will get to me. Sara the front desk lady is very rude and has hung up on me multiple times. Management does not care for their tenants they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. But ready to evict you quick as hell on the 5th

Sarah was very accommodating and made sure we were informed about everything! We had a noticeable crack in our bedroom window upon move-in but the maintenance team quickly informed us that they were already in the process of ordering a new window pane for us. Have been enjoying my time here so far- these are very nice and quiet apartments to live in and perfect for students at UTMC.

Sarah Was Really Helpful In Helping Me Find What Actually Is Manageable & Right For Me

After dealing with false advertisement from a previous apartment, a nice lady named sarah was able to secure me an apartment and move me in the same week. I'm a month in, and so far i've had no major issues with the area, apartment, or management. Maintenance requests are done online, and have been solved surprisingly fast. I have overall positive things to say on the whole ordeal. The only negative I have is how loud the creaking from the apartment above me tends to get, but it's not that big a deal. Would recommend

I was very pleased with the phone contact person at your office. I believe her name was Sara. Very professional and curtious in answering all my questions about your apartments and services... Refreshing to talk to a real person and not an answering machine.

I currently live here and its an okay place to stay. The only bad part is that at night you have people screaming outside your window all hours of the night. The office staff could be a little bit more friendly. But maintenance is AWESOME! Especially Anna! She defiantly gets the work done and its done almost the same day or the following day! The buildings are pretty well kept clean. The washer and dryer is a hit or miss if it will work or not.

I completed an application in June of 2020, and although I was told it would go seamlessly without any problems, it took them almost two weeks, and then I was told that I was rejected the apartment. What is kind of absurd is that I eventually found an apartment later at a higher rent in a different subdivision with the same credit score and information, and I was given the apartment. Despite calling them on an often basis, they had nobody to answer, and even when they did, they told me not to call. LESS THAN 1 STAR. I applied for an apartment and they took $100 from me to hold it. Then I was told that I had to sign a lease for a year WITHOUT even seeing the place. So I kindly told them to refund my money and give the apartment to the next person in line....and they STOLE my money! They refused to refund my money for holding the apartment! DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Glad I never moved in.

Recently contacted the property and spoke to the leasing agent about a few concerns and rumors. Not only did she reassure me and give me facts to support her property and staff she definitely made me anxious for a tour and more like her friend than a future tenant. You should always talk to the source and not second hand folks. Definitely applying after the new year.
