After all the effort to communicate with the office, I was disappointed with how the office solve the issue with the patient. During my kid’s first appointment, Dr. Sparks suggested a second follow up apportionment in few weeks due to my kid’s vision did not reach 20/20. I specifically asked the assistant Jennifer whether the follow up appointment has additional charge and she shook her head and said no. And they want to do a THIRD follow up exam in few weeks because my kid’s vision still did not reach 20/20 in the second appointment. However, after we received the bill for our second visit

Our Family Loves Dr Sparks and her staff! They are great with our kiddos who are on spectrum and don't always like new atmospheres. Dr. Sparks and her staff have wonderful patience and skill with taking the time to help them adjust and getting their exams completed. Glad to have an awesome Eye Doctor that is knowledgeable and truest cares about her patients!
