John and his team are beyond five stars. We have been using Pro Ride Transportation for years now. The drivers are always timely, professional and courteous. Their cars are top of the line and always immaculate. We have used them for rides to the airport, weddings, and sporting events. They track our flights, and are always there when we walk out of the airport. We think so highly of Pro Ride Transportation that now our friends and family use them as well!

John and his team are fantastic. The vehicles are clean and comfortable, and the drivers are always on time. They monitor your inbound flights and ensure you will have a driver waiting for you even if your flight has been delayed several hours (speaking from a lot of experience!). Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Pro Ride Transportation. John is wonderful. They are always on time, the cars are spotless and they make traveling to and from the airport an absolute breeze. Booking is very easy and they get back to you so quickly. My favorite touch is the text you get as soon as you land welcoming you home. We will always use Pro Ride for our future trips, they are the best!

Pro Rides is simply the best black car service in Chicago. They are reliable, professional, and available. I simply need to book a ride, and I know I will be picked up and dropped off on time.
I have been using them since they were a tiny one-vehicle company, and it has been nice to see them grow. They still maintain the one on one service, but now they have all the advantages of a larger service.
For business travel I especially like that they proactively track my flight and respond automatically to any delays or cancelations.
Use Pro Rides and you will never have any problems.

I've used Pro Rides Transportation for all my business travel. I've used them in Chicago and New York. They really take the stress away from delayed (or on-time) flights when getting into Ohare. They track flights and stick around even when you are significantly delayed. (Can you tell I get delayed a lot?) I've also used their party bus options for personal and work events. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about the outstanding service I have received over the past 4 years using Pro Rides. Every trip has been on time. The cars are always spotlessly clean. But the most important factor for me is the drivers. Collectively, they are courteous, and helpful...talkative when I want them to be, politely quiet when I don't.
