We will continue to make any and all necessary repairs and cleaning to the apartment prior to your move in date. You can submit a maintenance request in your Resident Services account or call the office with your request as well. Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.

This place has really gone down hill. I consistently hear gunshots. Cars are broken into frequently. Trash dumpsters are always overflowing in the parking lot. Emerald Park has gotten really dumpy over the past 5 years. Maintenance requests take a long time to follow up on or are just marked as “completed” even when the issue hasn’t even been addressed. I’ll be looking to move at the end of my lease. When I’ve tried to talk to management or the front office I’ve just gotten the run around. No one in the office really listens to the residents. This place could be great but is very disappointing

When I first moved into this complex in 2018, the customer service was excellent and maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Now, I cannot say the same.
I submitted a maintenance request is March because my A/C was not working and it was 80 degrees in my apartment on the few hot days we had. It is now the middle of May. They told me that they could not fix it in March because it was not warm enough outside. I honestly never leave reviews, but after 6+ years of living in this apartment complex and finally getting out at the end of this month, I thought I'd warn future residents of experiences we've had here.
Our biggest issue; squirrels living in our walls and ceiling. Due to constantly having birdseed on our patio (from the apartment above us having feeders that the office kept saying they would ask to take down, but never did), the squirrels tore apart the siding and the patio, causing the post to the patios above us to completely rot. The squirrels were getting into this post and somehow made their

This apartment complex has been a great place to live the past year+ & counting! Sam on the maintenance team is super quick when completing maintenance requests & today replaced our garbage disposal (due to a leak) within a half hour of me calling! Thank you to the entire team here, especially with snow removal recently, such good upkeep! P.S. having a washer & dryer in our apartment makes life so much better ✨ love it!

There’s pretty much zero reason why the pool shouldn’t be open by now... it’s June 7th and they’ve been cleaning it for 3 weeks now. I’ve already gone into the office twice now and they are not helpful what so ever. They never answer the phone in the office either, and there’s 2 ladies in there just sitting at their desk. Really?

Don't typically write bad reviews but this place actually deserves 0 stars. Have lived at other apartment complexes here in Kalamazoo and the east side of the state and this is the worst place I have lived at so far. The experience with the office staff was horrible. They are responsible for setting up the utilities and found out our bill was being sent to an address we lived at 4 years prior. Didn't know until our power was cut off. Was given misinformation by a staff member about rent. The location stinks. Our neighbors were rude. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely loved this place! I was so sad we had to move once I became pregnant with our twins after our son. I love Bambi she is very kind on jolly. Maintenance was amazing and very helpful and caring they always took time to stop and say hi and give high fives to my son when he'd shout "hi" to them.
Aside from how friendly everyone was, maintenance was always on top of everything I don't think I ever had to really wait for any maintenance help they're really on top of it. My refrigerator broke and it took a day or two to replace only because it had to be ordered.

Looking back on all the apartments I've lived in, this has been the best so far. The in unit washer/dryer is very convenient, staff is very responsive on repair requests, and furnace and air conditioner are consistently inspected on a set schedule. The apartments are clean and well maintained, and fairly spacious (I have a one bedroom) I think the price is reasonable for the quality of the apartment. It is also very quiet overall. Not a lot of shady people coming and going like I've seen in other complexes. The only con I have is the speed which other residents drive through the complex, not to
