I have seen the true STARR today she has been very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be putting in a complaint about STARR until this issue is resolved. She has insulted me for the last time. When you have to result to degrading a resident, it’s unexpected. Outside of Starr, Mathew has been good, and improving everyday. He also don’t mind helping with work orders. He is very appreciated.

Starr is incredible. I have called multiple times with questions and concerns with the application process and moving in and she always answers enthusiastically. I felt that the entire process was made to be incredibly personal, and that they truly wanted us to live there. I had requested to switch to a different floor if another apartment opened before our move in date, and Starr 100% made that happen. I have rented at a few places before this, and this is the best experience I have ever had. The community seems very nice and quiet, and the woods and stream are very inviting. We are very excited

I recently toured this property. Location and price are good. Star is amazing, she was so bubbly and sweet... But I was turned off by how dirty this place is. Not only the waiting area with the kitchen between the office and pool, but the apartment I looked was NOT in shape to be shown. People apparently just moved out after eight years and it was filthy. The walk to get there was worse. The apartment was on the third floor and the steps to the apartment looked like they had vomit or run off from some ones trash bags all the way down the steps. The material used to cover the concrete steps was

I can’t tell you how amazing the customer service is! Starr Blaisedale is so pleasant and friendly. She greets the residents as if they are old friends. Anything asked of her is done with a smile on her face. I’d also like to recognize Matthew Brown. He too is so kind and wonderful to the residents. They make me smile just seeing them!

Was shown the apartment by Starr Blaisedale. She was Awesome! She made me feel like I was already home. Some places were a little worn, but they are obviously updating and the price seems reasonable. Talked to the property manager, Mr. Brown. Loved the teamwork in the office, made me think this would be a good place to live. The other location is closer to my job, but really like the vibe here.

What a beautiful place to live! Neighborhood is a great place for kids and pets. There's a lovely little stream to splash around in on hot days. I called to set up an appointment to come look at an apartment. The gentleman who answered the phone (I believe his name was Matthew Brown) was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions and set an appointment up for me to see it quickly. When I arrived to take a look at the apartment. I was greeted by a delightfully friendly woman named Star Blazendale. She toured me around the apartment and property. She answered any questions or concerned I had with skill and ease. I most certainly am thinking about this place as home.

I contacted The Woods of Turpin researching a home for my out-of-town daughter. I spoke with Starr Blaisedale and she provided me with excellent information on her experiences living there. One of the things that concern me is safety for a person living alone. She encouraged me to make an appointment and visit the property for a tour. The property manager, Matthew Brown, met me in the office and provided me rental and lease information. Starr showed me the property and one of the rental units. My company performed cleaning service for this apartment complex three months ago and still haven't received payment. Please be aware of what’s going on. They hire small cleaning company’s make you sign a net 30 payment agreement and than find another cleaning company before it’s time to pay. A lot of the positive online reviews that you are seeing online are from property management leaving positive reviews and than responding to themselves. Again please be aware and stay away.

We loved the location and set up of the apartment. We felt that they were a great size, however our unit needed some major updates kitchen-wise. We know they are in the process of updating the units, so I would not let that deter you. Starr in the leasing office is amazing and the best part of the place! We were lucky to have her as a neighbor as well.
