We've been working with Network Advisor Q for the past year.
Switching was easy. We met with the owner and negotiated a fair monthly price for a service plan. We interviewed other firms, and the pricing others gave for comparable service was 5x the cost.
Due to the foresight of Network Advisor Q's team- Our entire staff had the ability to work remotely the first day it was needed, and we experienced no downtime due to COVID.
The service is always prompt, with no hassling to get things done, and it's at a fair price. We know our office infrastructure is now set up to run should we have a hardware

Two years ago Steve from Network Advisor Q installed and set up all of my wireless security features at my business, set up all the backups I needed, and made sure I had an easy to understand wireless interface. Since then the owner Steve, a great guy who is extremely quick to respond to issues, has been helping me with a variety of computer issues and concerns and has helped me continue to update everything I need to keep ahead of things during the pandemic. I continue to have an extraordinary and very positive experience with this company, and I know that you will too.
