When you’ve lost complete hope in your technology, these guys are the best in the business! My MacBook is outdated and run down but they patiently answered all my questions virtually and helped me navigate ways to fix it. Their recommendations and advice are honest and I couldn’t be happier to leave my oldie laptop in their capable hands! Prices are reasonable too, especially with the difficulties of managing Apple products! I have nothing but praises and thanks to this efficient, knowledgeable, and hardworking staff!

I contacted Ted on Christmas eve due to my computer bricking from a windows update. Ted responded in a couple hours, and scheduled a pick up for the day after Christmas, which I was more than happy about. While diagnosing the problem, Ted kept me updated the entire way through and let me know what he was doing and why.
There are a few things people should know. He does take a few hours to respond, but in my experience, he answers every inquiry. Also, it isn't the very cheapest service you can find, but the quality and customer service make it well worth it.

Was having issues with my display on my MacBook Pro. The team at Princeton Computer Repair were super responsive and helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue and get me a quote over the phone within 24 hrs of contacting them. They were patient, knowledge, and able to answer all my questions.
The process of the actual repair was super easy. They came to my place, picked up my laptop, and had it back to me in a jiffy. They also checked in on the status of the repair after my laptop was returned to me, which I really appreciated.
100% would recommend and use them again!

For my work at a local nonprofit (who squeezes every last bit of usefulness out of our tech) Ted helped us diagnose an older Macbook. He did his best to get it up and running, but gave us good advice before we went too far. It turned out the computer was not worth the repair, but he did not charge us more than the cost of a replacement part for his time in assessing it. We are pleased with his prompt and careful attention and will use his services again, if needed.

This was the best pc repair service I’ve received. The man who fixed my custom built pc (after going through TSA and airplane flights) treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness. I sent in a request on Thursday night, sent the pc over on Friday afternoon, and got my pc back on Saturday morning. He made sure the pc was completely functional after I received my pc as well. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the responsiveness with Princeton Computer Repair. I contacted them last Friday regarding an LCD for my newly purchased Dell computer. After giving him all the pertinent information, he was able to give me a price and turnaround time. I told him I would let him know if I would proceed by Monday. On Monday, I reached out to him and was able to drop off on Tuesday and the "computer gods" must have been in my favor because I received my computer back in less time than I had expected. My son (it's his Dell computer) is thrilled and we are thankful for their quick service.
