If you are looking to lease a commercial property they don't respond to you and blatantly fluff you off. Landlords if you are using this company to lease your commercial property be aware that they aren't showing these properties . I called up to 10 times to see a property. And bill kutlick blew me off like the wind. I even spoke to a manager and still 6 weeks later have yet to see the property.i am also already in business and still got the blow off. If you aren't leasing your property this is probably why. Try using a different realtor.
